My experience at the restaurant was fantastic. The full bucket of Extra Crispy was perfect as usual. It was worth every penny!

My experience at this restaurant has been consistently negative due to their late opening times and rude service. Three times in a row, I've had to wait over 15 minutes for them to get their system up and running. They are always late to open and are very rude to customers. The manager should seriously consider firing himself.

My experience at this restaurant was extremely disappointing. I rarely get food here and will never again. The prices are VERY Overpriced, and the chicken portions are tiny; it's like they harvest the chicks 3 days after hatching. They consistently never get the order right and I am always over-charged. Last time, they screwed up my order and initially stated it would come to around $20, but at the window, they charged me $35. NEVER AGAIN!

My experience at this KFC location was extremely negative. I encountered the worst customer service in the entire Seattle area. The staff were rude and very disrespectful, and to make matters worse, they seemed unwilling to do their jobs. This was a very disappointing experience.

My experience was positive. I usually get my food relatively fast and can get back to work to eat and relax before my shift starts up again. There were no complaints about the service.

I would like to see KFC remain in the Ballard area. I particularly enjoy their chicken and coleslaw, as well as the rest of the meal, including their warm rolls, mashed potatoes, gravy, and corn. Families I know also enjoy their food. They offer good service and have nice people.

My experience at this KFC was incredibly disappointing. The food was consistently stale, and they never followed order directions. To make matters worse, the service was abysmal. During one visit, I waited at the drive-through for 10 minutes, only for an employee to announce they were leaving because their replacement hadn't arrived. They then closed the restaurant while I was at the window. This KFC is the absolute worst!

My experience was focused on takeout, and it was always quick and easy. However, their location just isn’t ideal for pulling out onto Market.

My experience at the restaurant was not great, primarily due to the chicken sandwich. I didn't like the chicken sandwich. There was only mayo and pickles on it. It really needed mustard or ketchup and tomato to improve the flavor.

The place has such low ratings, and it's clear why. The service was abysmal; the staff just sucks. There's never any change or improvement in management, which is a shame because it significantly impacts the overall experience.
