My experience at this restaurant was overwhelmingly positive, thanks to the incredible morning crew. They are truly saints, always showing up with a smile, regardless of holidays or torrential weather. What truly stood out was their personal touch; they remembered my dog's name and even greeted him with a pup cup. It was just awesome!

My experience at this Starbucks was disappointing regarding their policy on personal cups. While Starbucks promotes using personal cups, this particular store refused to allow a quick rinse in their sink, suggesting I "go to the bathroom and rinse it. " I'm unsure if this is a sanitary precaution, but we are no longer in the COVID era. 😔

I don't support Starbucks, but I had to pick something up for work. In my opinion, there are so many better places in Seattle to get coffee than Starbucks.

My experience at the restaurant was generally positive, with very friendly people. The person who took our order was very helpful, although they initially got the order wrong (hot instead of iced). However, they fixed it right away, which was appreciated.

On Monday, April 14, 2025, at 10: 10 AM, I asked to use the restroom. I was told that I first had to purchase something to use the bathroom. I questioned if this was fair.

My experience at this Starbucks was shocking. I asked for the bathroom, and an employee told me I had to order first. I was surprised by this response, especially after spending over $10. This will be my last time ordering coffee from Starbucks.

I had a good experience today at 11: 00 on a Saturday. The staff were welcoming, fast, efficient, very polite, customer oriented, and friendly towards me and my friend. They were understanding when I ordered the wrong bagel, grabbed the wrong cup, and asked for a knife that was right in front of me. Although they forgot the butter for my correct bagel, I'll take a friendly experience over being too critical, especially after a year or more hiatus. The music wasn’t too loud, there was lots of nice space, a bar with morning sunshine, and clean tables outside. My only minor hiccup was a fellow customer who seemed upset when we accidentally grabbed her coffee cup, but I received a genuine apology and friendly demeanor from the staff despite her reaction 🤦🏼‍♀️.

My experience at this restaurant was quite disappointing, particularly with their coffee. While the inside was nice, the coffee itself tasted like over-sweetened chemicals, leading me to regret my order. It was essentially a caramel frappe, but it was awful. I found that a McDonald's frappe tastes better, which is quite sad. I kept hoping each sip would improve, but it never did. This experience solidified my dislike for Starbucks, and I would recommend going to a coffee stand instead, if possible.
