Confusing Service and Inconsistent Coffee
My experience at the restaurant was marked by confusion and a disappointing drink. All the staff need to get an announcement for a new event. A cashier, whose name starts with M, had no idea about the Veterans Day event and what drinks were included. I kept repeating my order, but she got it wrong. The coffee taste was horribly sweet, even though I had the same coffee last week; it was totally different sweetness.

Wrong Orders and Rude Service
My experience at this restaurant has been consistently disappointing. I've been there 3 times, and each time my order was wrong. The customer service was poor, and the employees were rude. I will not be going back.

Horrible Drive-Thru Order Accuracy
My experience at the restaurant's drive-thru was horrible. Despite checking my order twice, they still gave me the wrong item. I specifically asked for a pumpkin latte, but they provided a hazelnut one instead.

Amazing Staff and Drinks!
My experience at this restaurant was truly amazing! The staff were exceptional, always making the best drinks with wonderful presentations. The store was also incredibly clean. It's definitely worth the visit.

Good but Not Memorable
My experience at this restaurant was decent, but it didn't stand out. The staff was nice, and the drinks arrived without a long wait. However, they have very minimal merchandise, like cups, and there's hardly anywhere to sit. This isn't the kind of place you'd want to settle in to read, work remotely, or meet with friends. It's NOT a drive-through location, but the parking is easy.

Perfect Starbucks Experience!
I bought a veinte Matcha Cappuccino this morning and was so excited! My drink was perfect! I hadn't treated myself like that before work in a long time. Everyone was so nice, and the atmosphere was great and welcoming. The place was clean and efficient. The barista who made my drink was so fast and friendly! This is my favorite Starbucks near my home. Everyone is very professional and welcoming! And I made it to work on time! Thank you all so much!

Name misspelled, but food and atmosphere great
My experience at the restaurant was mixed. While the food was excellent and the atmosphere was enjoyable, the service was disappointing. They spelled my name wrong, even after I provided the correct spelling. They also added a smiley face to the cup, which felt like a deliberate attempt to piss me off.

Terrible Service and Unacceptable Conditions
My experience at this Starbucks was absolutely terrible. The location itself was inconvenient. More importantly, the employees were the worst I've encountered at any Starbucks. As a metro bus driver, I had my bus parked out front in full view. After a two-hour drive, an employee refused me use of the restroom, stating, 'too damn bad. ' This was particularly galling as my bus was visible, I was in uniform, and he was the only staff member present. Furthermore, the employee had terrible, gross-looking dreads, which I found to be a significant health hazard. I would not purchase anything from this establishment due to this. Good job employing someone like that, Starbucks.

Amazing Coffee and Service!
It’s funny how the same exact coffee can taste completely different at each Starbucks (although it’s not supposed to.) This one was amazing. Conveniently located in the shopping plaza (around the corner where there’s already one in Target.) Now this is how customer service is supposed to feel! To the Asian gentlemen making my food this morning: A sincere Thank You for the genuine smile welcoming me in, as well as writing a cute little note on my sandwich bag. If you only knew how you changed my mindset for the morning. I really needed that. Thank You. To the person who made my iced coffee: amazing. I barely had to wait for my order also. Thank You. (A little too much ice in my iced though… coffee was gone too fast.)

Confusing Cup Policy
My experience was centered around purchasing a new cup. When I asked for a drink to be made in the cup I had just bought, I was informed they don't make drinks in cups. This was followed by a look and the question, "Why did it have to be made in that cup? " This interaction was confusing and unhelpful regarding their policies.
