My experience at this restaurant was fantastic! I finally found good BBQ in Seattle, and the sides were equally impressive. The mac and cheese was incredibly creamy and flavorful, and the collard greens were also great. On top of the excellent food, Richard provided super nice service. Overall, a highly satisfying experience.

I’ve been on the hunt for good soul food in the Seattle proper area and my goodness was I absolutely pleased with this place. In a cute, homey part of Madrona, you’ll find Richard’s Too Good. From the excellent and most friendly service to the actual food, everything was amazing. Not going to lie, I came in solely because of the picture of the mac and cheese and let me tell you. It did NOT disappoint. Richard’s Too Good has gained themselves a new loyal customer.

My experience at this restaurant was fantastic! I had the smoked chicken wings, which were absolutely delicious, paired with a flavorful dill potato salad and sweet honey cornbread. The overall flavor and taste were a 10/10 — I'm definitely coming again!

My experience at this restaurant was exceptional. I ordered the ribs, greens, and cornbread. The ribs were perfectly smoked and seasoned, with an excellent wood smoke flavor that allowed the meat to pull apart beautifully. The greens were so delicious that I wished I had ordered ten servings of them. Even though I don't usually sauce my BBQ, the sauce provided was also really good. Eating this food felt like watching Michael Jordan dunk on the baseline over half the other team.

My experience at Richard's Too Good was a true treasure in the heart of Madrona. I highly recommend getting the hot links; they were flavorful with a good bite of spice that wasn't overwhelming. The scratch sauce was also SO DELICIOUS! The restaurant is reasonably priced, offers friendly service, and lives up to its name. I'm already planning my next trip back!

I've tried a significant portion of the menu, and each bite tastes uniquely special, as if prepared just for me. It's the kind of place that genuinely makes you happy.

My experience catering from Richard’s Too Good BBQ Shop was incredible! The brisket and pulled pork were both very flavorful and juicy. The cornbread was also amazing. If you're craving BBQ, especially for hosting an event, you absolutely need to go to Richard's!
