My experience at this restaurant has been consistently amazing. I go there often, and both the food and service are always the same, which is fantastic. We are very lucky to have an establishment like this in Hillman City.

My experience at this restaurant was very positive. The food was great tasting and very affordable. I tried the ribs, brisket, yams, collard greens, cole slaw, and mac & cheese. The meat was incredibly tender, and the vegetables were cooked to perfection. The mac & cheese was also perfectly cooked, with delightful crispy cheese bits. For dessert, I had the peach cobbler, which was very tasty. I will definitely be going again!

My experience at this restaurant was fantastic! I was happy to have such delicious BBQ around the corner. Everything was so flavorful, especially the meat, which was incredibly tender. The Mac n cheese was also a standout; the pasta was perfectly cooked, and the cheese had a delightful toasty, grilled cheese vibe. We will definitely be back!

I came here trying to figure out what happened. The brisket I had was like rubber. It had good flavor, but it was unlike anything I've ever had and definitely needed to be served with a steak knife. I'm confused as to how any reviewer could say it fell off the bone. I'm unsure if I received a rough and inconsistent batch, but this is not an experience I wish to repeat.

Wow! I normally don't take time to post a review, but I have to this time. The food is sooo delicious. I love it, recommend it, and I'm definitely coming back. I tried the slice beef, greens, beans, and cornbread. The beef is tender and juicy. Great food. It reminded me of home, Atlanta, GA. The service and atmosphere were both rated a 5 out of 5.

My experience at Emma's house was fantastic! I ordered the 4 play, which included ribs, chicken, pulled pork, and brisket, along with beans, potato salad, and cornbread. The BBQ was good and solid, and I wish I could cook it half as well at home. The flavor profiles were different from others I've had around the PNW, which is as it should be, as this is Emma's house and Emma's rules. The brisket was well-flavored and easily consumed. The ribs had a nice bark and were barely hanging on the bone, with good-sized portions. The chicken was well-seasoned, and the pulled pork was great with or without sauce. And the blackberry lemonade? Yum! I heartily recommend this place.
