Petoskey's: A Neighborhood Gem
My experience at Petoskey's was outstanding. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and unpretentious, creating exactly the kind of vibe you want in a great local bar and restaurant. The food was exceptional across the board. Whether for a casual bite or a full meal, everything was well-prepared, flavorful, and made with evident care. The menu offers a perfect balance between classic comfort food and elevated pub fare, making it hard to go wrong with any order. The service was particularly noteworthy; the staff is friendly, attentive, and genuinely committed to ensuring guests have a great experience. I never felt rushed, and it's clear they remember regulars while making newcomers feel immediately at home. Combined with a solid drink selection, a relaxed vibe, and a true neighborhood feel, Petoskey's stands out as one of Fremont’s best go-to spots. It consistently delivers whether I'm meeting friends, grabbing dinner, or unwinding after a long day. Highly recommended.

Overpriced and Disappointing Seattle Dog
My experience at this restaurant was disappointing. The Google menu advertised the "Seattle Dog" for $12, but I was charged $16 and some change before tax, and I didn't even receive any sides. It felt like they were taking advantage of the fact that nearby 7/11 was closed and there were no other late-night food options. I would not recommend going here; it's overpriced.

Delicious Burger and Great Atmosphere
After watching a movie at the Italian Film Festival and skipping dinner, I was looking for a quiet spot for a late meal in Fremont. I found Petoskey’s Sports Bar nearby, which turned out to be the perfect place for a quick bite. It had a handful of people, moderate noise, and plenty of sports on the TVs. I ordered the “888 burger” for $8. 88 with fries. The food was prepared quickly and, despite its simple presentation in a plastic basket with waxed paper, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality. The burger was delicious, cooked perfectly, with the right amount of condiments and a great bun. The fries were crispy and well seasoned. The service and atmosphere were fantastic.

Unacknowledged and Unserved
My experience at this restaurant was extremely poor due to the lack of acknowledgement. Despite visiting during a slow time, we were left waiting for 10 minutes without even a basic greeting. It's a simple courtesy to acknowledge customers upon arrival, even if you're not immediately available to serve them. A simple "Hey, welcome in, be right with you! " would have made a significant difference.

Great Sports Bar for Midwest Fans
My experience at this restaurant was great, especially for watching sports. It was even more fun when a Midwest team was involved, as it's a Vikings bar. The service, atmosphere, and food all received a perfect score of 5.

Rude Bartender, No Slices Available
My experience at this restaurant was disappointing. I visited around 5: 30 PM looking for a slice of pizza. This was my first time here, and the bartender immediately asked me, “what do you want? ” Unfortunately, they did not serve slices at that time, so I didn't end up spending any money. I would recommend going to Big Mario's instead.

Worst Sports Bar Experience Ever
My experience at this restaurant was the worst ATTEMPTED sports viewing experience of my life. This place should not be allowed to call itself a sports bar. They had one person working and zero TVs turned on to the right channel for Game 7 of the NBA Finals. Furthermore, they refused to change more than one TV when asked. It's an absolute shame because I used to enjoy coming here to watch sports, but they have fallen off completely. I would not recommend trying to watch any sporting event here.

Great Vibe, Good Food, Chewy Hoagie
I loved the vibe here; it's a great Midwest sports bar. Their cheese curds and pizza were really good. The hoagie was just alright, with lots of really chewy bread, making it difficult to eat. I'll try something else off the menu next time.

Walked out after 5 minutes
My experience at the restaurant was very brief. Four of us sat down at the bar yesterday. It was not busy, but after about 5 minutes, we decided to walk out. My advice is: just don't bother.

Great Midwest Bar with Vintage Charm
My experience at this Midwest bar was fantastic! I learned the owner is from Michigan, and as someone from Ohio, I appreciated the connection. The atmosphere, filled with vintage signs, clearly shows the owner's love for the place and their dedication to enhancing the customer experience. I'm excited to return to watch some games here.
