Great Music, Small Plates, and Drinks!
My experience at this restaurant was fantastic! I loved the music and the selection of small plates. The Barrata and pot stickers were particularly delicious.
I also tried the kick ass mule, which was indeed kick ass. Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience with good vibes!

Decent Food, Poor Service
My experience at Traveling Goat for drinks and dinner was mixed. The food was decent, but the bartender showed little to no personality and never once asked if we needed another drink, food, or anything at all. The lack of attentiveness really took away from the experience.

Understaffed with Poor Food Quality
My experience at this restaurant was disappointing. The food didn’t taste very good, and the service was significantly impacted by understaffing. There was only one person managing both the bar and all the tables, which made the overall experience less than ideal.

Great community living room
I live nearby and sometimes come in during slow times to get some work done. The staff is always friendly and kind. It's one of LQA's best community living rooms.

Unsanitary Service Experience
My experience at the restaurant was concerning due to the service. While the place looked nice and was a bit busy due to a game, something caught our attention. Initially, my wife thought a homeless person was near the kitchen, but it turned out to be a staff member serving food.
He was constantly checking inside his pants, which did not appear sanitary. This was not the image we wanted from someone serving us food, so we made an excuse and left.

Great Service, Mediocre Food
My experience at this restaurant was a mixed bag. While the service was great, I wouldn't come here for the food. The drinks were what you'd expect.
The atmosphere was rated a 5 out of 5, and the wait time was up to 10 minutes for our group of 2 people. However, the food itself only received a 2 out of 5.

Sidewalk Puddle Problem Persists
My experience at this restaurant was overshadowed by a persistent issue outside the establishment. Please do something about the sidewalk puddle; it’s been three years since your building was renovated. I know it’s not exactly the restaurant’s responsibility, but letting a big puddle in front of your entrance to exist for years is bad for your customers and bad form as a neighbor.
You should consider sending your landlord some sort of breach of contract notice as they are not maintaining the facility that you’re paying rents to (I believe building owners are supposed to maintain public sidewalks). If the city is indeed responsible, contact your councilmember to make it happen.

Great Spot Before a Big Event
We stopped in at The Traveling Goat before a sold-out show at Climate Pledge and found a table right away, which was a total win! Even with the place packed, the service was friendly and the team handled the rush like pros. Overall, it's a great vibe, with great cocktails, and a solid spot to hit before any big event downtown.
