Disappointing Decline in Quality
My experience at this restaurant was disappointing. The food was overpriced with small portions, except for the rice. The teriyaki sauce was the bare minimum, and the gyozas came with an incorrect, ketchup-like sauce packet.
The point-of-sale system made it difficult to adjust the tip amount, which was a bummer given that this used to be the best teriyaki in town for many years. The atmosphere and service were rated low (1/5).

Disappointing Ramen Experience
My experience at the restaurant was not worth it. The ramen was a total catfish, seeming to be just instant ramen with an egg and some funky chicken.

Delicious Food, Worth the Price
My experience at this restaurant was overwhelmingly positive, primarily due to the super delicious food. I ordered a chicken and beef combo along with a chicken teriyaki combo. While the total came to $35, which I initially questioned as potentially pricey, the taste and quality made it definitely worth it.
For future reference, there is no split payment option, but they do accept cash and Apple Pay. The service and atmosphere were also rated highly.

Horrible Tapioca, Decent Teriyaki
My experience at this restaurant was mixed. I was disappointed with the bubble tea, as they were out of the black tapioca. The white tapioca that was offered had a horrible taste, described as like cologne or perfume, which I found disgusting.
However, the teriyaki dish was still the best. The atmosphere was not great; it felt dark and claustrophobic.

Yummy Food, Overpriced for Seattle
My experience at the restaurant involved a request for my chicken teriyaki to be well done, which unfortunately it wasn't. I also felt that, as with most things in Seattle, the price was a little overpriced for the amount of food. All in all, I have to say the food was "Yummy"!

Terrible Customer Service at Closing Time
I would love to have shared a review of the food, but unfortunately, my experience was defined by terrible customer service. I walked in 30 minutes prior to close and was told "to go only. " They close at 8: 30 PM, and they couldn't let me and my 4-year-old sit to eat?
We would have been done before they closed. This was a terrible customer service experience.

Good Value BOGO Bowl
My experience at the restaurant was positive, especially considering the value. The food was ready within minutes of ordering, which was great. While the teriyaki rice bowl was generally good, the rice was somewhat sticky.
I really appreciated the BOGO deal on the bowl, as it was enough for two people for the price.

Consistently Great Teriyaki in Seattle
My experience at this restaurant has been consistently positive. It's one of the best teriyaki places in Seattle, and the food is always good every time I visit. The recommended dish is the Chicken Teriyaki, and it lives up to the hype.
The price per person is between $10–20, which is reasonable for the quality. The atmosphere was rated a 3, and the service a 4. The food itself received a strong rating of 4.

Hostile Staff Member Ruins Experience
My experience at this restaurant was unfortunately marred by the behavior of one of the staff members. This individual was extremely hostile towards other staff members under his supervision. He repeatedly insulted them in his native language, believing they couldn't understand.
To this staff member, I urge you to stop taking out your frustrations on others and focus on fostering a positive working environment. Perhaps then, you wouldn't be contributing to an abundance of one-star reviews.

Spicy Chicken Teriyaki Was Intolerably Spicy
I’ve ordered from this place many times and always had great experiences. Today, I received my usual order of spicy chicken teriyaki, but it was literally intolerably spicy. I’ve done the one chip challenge before, and this was just as bad, if not worse.
I’m disappointed to have spent any money on it today.
