Thoughtful Flavors and Owner's Pride
My experience at the restaurant was wonderful. I tried the bento, and both the vegan and pork miso dishes were exceptional. The flavors were incredibly thoughtful and delicate.
It's evident that the owner loves and takes pride in the food she prepares.

Hidden Gem with Delicious Bento!
My experience at this restaurant was fantastic! It's a true hidden gem in Capitol Hill. The bento box was incredibly fresh, delicious, and clearly made with love.
Although I usually dislike brown rice, the staff recommended the brown rice set, and it was amazing. The soup was flavorful, packed with vegetables, and perfectly seasoned – a hearty and ideal choice for cold weather. I also enjoyed the tuna onigiri, which was generously filled and a healthier option thanks to the brown rice.
The bento itself featured delicious pickled vegetable sides and perfectly cooked salmon. I especially loved the small dessert with apples and mascarpone cream. The owners were exceptionally friendly and helpful, even treating my dog!
Despite the location's high turnover, I hope this place stays.

Hidden Gem with Phenomenal Food
My experience at this restaurant was absolutely phenomenal. I stumbled across this place while in the co-working space in the building and I'm so glad I did. It's really tucked away in the back of Chophouse Row but worth seeking out.
I had two of the brown rice onigiri and the veg miso soup, and everything was incredible. That enzyme brown rice is magical!

Sweet Spot with Kind Owners
My experience at this restaurant was wonderful. It's a sweet spot with kind owners and thoughtful, healthy food. The flavors were well-balanced with sensible portions.
While the portions are definitely smaller by American sizing, they were perfect for us. We've traveled to Seattle twice from NV over the past year and have visited each time. I'm looking forward to coming back again!

Authentic Japanese Gem with Healthy Options
My experience at this restaurant was incredibly positive! The place is so cute, and I was impressed by their healthy options. It's rare to find such authentic Japanese food in Seattle; while sushi and ramen are common, their homemade bento is a true hidden gem in Chophouse Row.
I'm already looking forward to my next visit. They were also wonderfully accommodating of my adzuki allergy, which is a significant plus, as this level of accommodation isn't always found in Japanese cuisine. Plus, the food is delicious!

Delicious healthy food, friendly staff!
I was skeptical because I generally don't really like healthy foods, but Anbei made it delicious! The variety in the bento box is awesome, and the staff were super helpful and friendly. The only slight problem I had was finding the place - it's accessible through a door on a far corner of the courtyard (ground floor).
