Delicious Chicken, Disappointing Salad
My experience at this restaurant was a mix of delight and disappointment. The fried chicken was absolutely delicious, a true highlight. However, the accompanying “Caesar” salad, which turned out to be a kale salad with a “Caesar like” dressing, was very disappointing, especially given the restaurant's recent "best in Seattle" review. On a positive note, the bartender was adorable and crafted excellent cocktails.

Dishonest Billing and Mediocre Food
I won't be returning to this restaurant. My experience was marred by a significant issue with the bill. After I signed the receipt, they added $10 to my tip. When I contacted the manager, she sounded dismissive and stated she would look into it when she had time. Unfortunately, two weeks later, the issue remained unresolved. Fortunately, I had a photo of my receipt, which allowed me to dispute the charge. However, a friend shared a similar experience, suggesting this might be a recurring problem. Regarding the food, it was just okay. It might be acceptable after a couple of drinks, but it was nothing memorable. I advise everyone to save your receipt and double-check your statement if you pay by card.

Excellent Cocktails and Friendly Service
My experience at this restaurant was overwhelmingly positive. I enjoyed the solid food and found the cocktails to be excellent, particularly loving their dry Negroni. The service was truly on point and notably friendlier than many other places in Seattle. I also really enjoyed the atmosphere and the bar seating.

Amazing Food, Drinks, and Service!
My experience at this restaurant was fantastic! The food and drinks were amazing, with the open-faced chicken sandwich and popcorn being particular highlights. I also want to give a special thanks to Megan at the bar for the enjoyable chats and lovely drinks. The atmosphere was great, and the service was top-notch.

Crisp, Bright Purple Salad Perfection!
My go-to for a crisp, bright purple salad with falafel. I start eating it on my 5-block walk home because it's so good! The food is a definite 5/5, and the service also gets a perfect 5/5. The atmosphere is rated a 5, and it's a quiet place, making it easy to talk. Parking is variable in the Alaska Junction area, but usually found within a block. It's highly recommended for vegetarians, with a dedicated vegetarian menu or section. The price per person is between $10–$20.

Cute Ambience, Good Brunch
My experience at this restaurant was for a weekend brunch. The food was good enough, and the place itself was very cute and chic. I recommend making reservations beforehand.

Delicious Brunch with a Unique Atmosphere
My experience at this restaurant for Mother's Day Brunch was quite enjoyable. The restaurant offered a good selection of both food and drinks. I particularly loved the frozen palomas, which were outstanding, and the fried chicken with biscuit and gravy was also a hit. While the Verde Pork with poached eggs was a beautiful and delicious dish, I did wish for a larger portion. The atmosphere was unique, reminiscent of a saloon with a designer's touch. There's limited outdoor seating, which I imagine would be very pleasant on sunny Seattle days.

Delicious Brunch Spot!
My experience at this solid little spot for brunch was fantastic. I had the pork verde open faced sandwich, which was delicious! My wife enjoyed the fried chicken, which was also amazing. The scratch-made bloody mary was on point. We'll definitely be back for sure!

Great Drinks, Strange Food, Lovely Atmosphere
I work across the street and love popping over for a drink after work. The drinks are definitely above average. The food seems a little weird to me. I get the idea of having fewer options and better quality, but the menu is strange. The flavors seem to be forced to mesh together instead of being a natural pairing, just my opinion. The atmosphere is great and the drink service is incredible. The owner is charming and it's a great place to spend some time.
