It's a fantastic spot for good food, good people, and good vibes!

My experience at this restaurant was fantastic, especially regarding the food. I had the incredible gumbo and the most delicious poboy I’ve ever had, and I’ve been to NOLA several times. The vegan gumbo is truly sublime. The atmosphere and service were also top-notch, both receiving a perfect 5/5 rating.

During my birthday trip to San Francisco, I stumbled upon this hidden foodie gem. The food was sooo good! I ordered the smoked turkey gumbo and a shrimp poboy. Having visited NOLA several times, eating this meal definitely gave me nostalgia. With a food score of 5/5, atmosphere of 5/5, and service of 5/5, I give it a 10/10 and definitely recommend it! Can't wait to come back 🤤🤤🤤

My experience at this restaurant was truly special! I had one of the best shrimp po boy I've ever tasted, and their gumbo was equally outstanding. We enhanced our gumbo with crab meat, which was pure heaven. I definitely recommend checking them out!

My family and I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Gumbo Social! We all ordered different dishes and were thoroughly impressed with everything we tried. The incredible flavors were a standout, and the great choices on the menu ensured there was something for everyone. The super service made the meal even more enjoyable. We truly couldn't ask for more from our dining experience.

I'm giving 5 stars because the staff were nice, I guess. However, I was surprised that a gumbo place had no seafood gumbo. San Francisco really needs to improve its restaurants. I have to travel all the way to Oakland for some good food these days ☹️.

Our daughter said it is really good! She really enjoyed it. She said she would deff eat it again and it’s a nice size portion.
