Good Reuben, Disappointing Bisque
I'm on a quest to rate Reuben sandwiches across the PNW, and I'd give this particular Reuben sandwich a 90/100. It lost points primarily for sandwich size and presentation. However, overall, it's exactly what you'd expect from a Reuben sandwich.
The fries had a really good texture. I also tried a cup of the tomato bisque, but unfortunately, what they're calling a bisque is just a sugary marinara sauce. To be considered a bisque, it would need a smooth, creamy texture, typically achieved by adding cream and rice and then immersion blending.
Even if it were just called soup instead of bisque, I'd still consider it a fail. I sincerely hope they either learn to make a bisque correctly or remove it from the menu.

Amazing Brewery with a Must-Try Reuben!
My experience at this brewery was absolutely fantastic! The merchandise was badass, and they had a great selection of beers. The Reuben sandwich was a standout, and the overall food was amazing.
The vibes were great, and the staff was friendly. I'd come back to Seattle just for this brewery. 🍻

Best Reuben and Great Experience
My experience at this restaurant was fantastic! I had the best Reuben I've ever tasted, with each ingredient being top quality and perfectly balanced. The beer was fresh, as expected from a brewery so close.
The atmosphere and service were excellent, both rated 5 out of 5. It's also dog-friendly and wheelchair accessible. Finding parking was a bit difficult, but overall, it was a great lunch.

Delicious Grilled Cheese & Great Beer Selection
My experience at this restaurant was quite enjoyable. The outdoor sitting area had a great layout, and there was a wide selection of beers. I only had time for a couple of lagers, which were pretty good.
The highlight for me was the food truck outside. Although it had a smaller menu, the big grilled cheese sandwich was delicious.

Decent Pub Grub and Beer
My experience was that of a full-time food truck with decent pub grub. It's nice to be able to stop in and get a beer and a bite with or without the food truck present.

Great Beer, Questionable Food
My experience at this restaurant was a mixed bag. I absolutely loved coming here for the brewery component. The beer was great!
However, I'd advise caution with the Eats component. The brat, although good tasting, was undersized. The grilled chicken sandwich, made with thigh meat, was undercooked and raw in the center.
I brought this to the attention of one of the cooks, who acknowledged that the grill needed to be turned up. Despite this, we couldn't finish the sandwich and had to throw it away. So, while the beer was fantastic, the food was just 'eh, not so much.
' My suggestion is to eat beforehand or somewhere else.

Great Food, Busy Day
On a busy day, the food sells out quickly, but I managed to snag some fish and chips. The food was great and complemented the wide selection of drinks available at the bar.
