My experience at this restaurant was fantastic! The chicken was absolutely delicious, and the staff was incredibly friendly. They even went the extra mile by asking if we wanted extra sauces. I would definitely recommend this place!

My experience was incredibly positive! The spicy fried chicken was so yummy and reminded me of Jollibee, possibly even a bit better. It was definitely worth the price. The guy working there, who was by himself, was exceptionally accommodating and sweet. Even though the chicken was a new batch and we had to wait a bit, he provided us with what he could while we waited and consistently checked in on us. He was honestly such a nice guy. All of the tables were also clean and tidy, contributing to a pleasant atmosphere.

The one guy working there, who we've seen on all three visits, is incredibly nice and does his best to serve everyone. The soda machine is still down with only Sprite working, and the ambience is just okay, though not a major concern for me in the U-District. Overall, the food is great, especially the immaculate chicken sandwich, but I hope the dedicated worker is being compensated appropriately for their extensive duties!

I dislike leaving negative reviews and wasting food, but the food was not good, and as others have noted, the service was painfully slow. Even with no one else waiting, my food took fifteen minutes. The staff member at the fryer seemed disengaged, just standing and staring. The fries were soggy and bland, and the fried chicken itself was bland, unappetizing, greasy, and had an off color. Personally, I don't care for dark meat, which was another detractor for me. The so-called cornbread was not cornbread; it lacked any sweetness, was hard, cold, and bland. I managed only about five bites before giving up. Additionally, the lack of ketchup for fries and no option to order sauces on the side was frustrating. While the place looks cute and cozy, the unappetizing taste of the food overshadowed any positive ambiance.
