Rude Staff and Unhygienic Practices
My experience at the restaurant was unpleasant due to the rude and disrespectful behavior of a young male staff member who wears a cap. He was not only disrespectful but also touched food without washing his hands, which is a serious hygiene concern. This was an unhygienic experience, and I do not recommend dealing with this disrespectful young man.

Disappointing Taco Experience
It's a shame that a taco costing almost 6 dollars comes with a lack of flavor. The chips were stale, and there was no lime. Again, 6 dollars is a rip-off.
If you're going to increase menu prices, it's understandable, but you should also increase the quality. There's always room for improvement. In Spanish: Seriously?
6 dollars for a taco with poor quality. Also, it seems like they don't give sauces or limes when you order for takeout. 26 dollars for 4 tacos.

Hair Found in Food - Unacceptable Experience
My experience at this restaurant was unfortunately marred by finding hair on my food during dinner. This is a serious hygiene concern, and I believe the staff should wear hats while working to prevent such issues.

Extremely Rude Service, Left Without Drink
My experience at this restaurant was extremely negative due to the rude cashier. Despite my drink being already prepared, she prioritized new customers and made me wait for an extended period. Even after explaining I was in a hurry and politely asking for my drink, she insisted I wait, causing me to wait another 10 minutes.
She continued to serve other customers while refusing to give me my drink. The cashier, who handled both ordering and delivery, was very rude and did not perform her job correctly. Ultimately, I had to leave without receiving my drink.

Good Burrito, Pricey Delivery
My experience at Big Burrito was positive. The burrito itself was good and better than average, making it worth the price I would have paid for pickup. I opted for delivery, and while the food alone was great, Uber Eats significantly increased the price by nearly 30%.
Therefore, my rating is based solely on the food quality and the original intended price for pickup.

Breakfast Burrito Disappointment
My experience at the restaurant was disappointing, particularly with the breakfast burrito. I ordered a breakfast burrito expecting eggs, but it contained only chorizo and was super salty. To make matters worse, I don't eat meat, so receiving pork was an unpleasant surprise.

Bad Meat and Stale Chips
My experience at this restaurant was not good. I came here for the carne asada burrito and after taking one bite, I could smell that the meat was bad. The meat also looked grey, and I didn't finish it.
The chips were stale, and the service was subpar. Overall, it was not a good experience, and I won't be coming back.

Carne Asada Quality Decline
My experience at this restaurant used to be great, as it was my go-to spot. However, on my last two recent visits, the carne asada has had a lot more cartilage. This has made me reconsider if I want to come back again.

Confusing Menu, Dry Food, No Sauce
The food itself is okay, but I'm confused about the menu. Why does the 'Regular' quesadilla only have cheese and meat, while the 'Super' version includes avocado and other ingredients, even though 'Suiza' implies everything is included? I thought 'Regular' was just a smaller size than 'Super'.
Additionally, I specifically requested 'not spicy' when ordering, but the sauce provided wasn't non-spicy. Consequently, my $15 meal was just dry meat with dough and cheese, lacking any sauce, sour cream, guacamole, or even ketchup. Thanks for nothing.
