We've visited 8 Ping Yang a few times and even had them cater a party for 30. The atmosphere and friendly staff made us feel welcomed and cared for. The food is absolutely delicious with vibrant flavors and perfect "doneness" for pasta, meat, or seafood. We've enjoyed many menu items, especially the Khao Soi. The creative combinations of flavors and ingredients are intriguing, impressive, and tasty. All the desserts are highly recommended. For catering, communication was easy, and the staff were very helpful in suggesting dishes that would reheat well and determining quantities. Our guests raved about the food, leaving full and happy. We'll be back to try the burgers!

My experience at this restaurant was marked by delectable food and a unique culinary approach. It's not your traditional Thai, but rather a fusion of creative flavors. Every dish we tried was fantastic, including complimentary crab cakes that were a pleasant surprise. We particularly enjoyed the fried tofu and vegetable tempura with a must-try peanut sauce fondue, described as the best (cheesy!) peanut sauce ever. The larb tuna, served sushi-style with new, unique flavors and lettuce cups, was also a highlight. The green curry pasta with shrimp was surprisingly well-executed, even with regular spaghetti noodles. While the service had a few kinks to work out during our peak hour visit, our server was managing all tables alone, and we were understanding given it's a newer establishment. We weren't in a hurry and appreciated the opportunity to linger and savor the flavors. The prices were very reasonable for Seattle, with our bill for two appetizers, two drinks, and two mains falling between $100 and $150. The brunch menu also looked amazing. I will definitely be back.

This place is a hidden gem! We came here for restaurant week without knowing much about it and left eager to come back! The food was all really good and a fun fusion of Thai and French or Italian cuisine. The portions were also really generous and we left very full. Cannot recommend this place enough, highly recommend!

They also offer gluten-free, dairy-free, and vegan options, along with specialty drinks and desserts, ensuring there's something for everyone. As their team says, it's "Great food, great vibes. " We're also excited to return for the karaoke! We'll definitely be back.

Wow, all of them were cooked perfectly and were very tasty. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional. It was a delightful first-time experience, and I will certainly be back!

My experience at this restaurant was mixed. I ordered the Peking duck breast red curry, and while the curry part was good, the duck breast was way too dry with saggy and not crispy skin at all. I also ordered grilled pork jowls; the sauce was good, but the pork had a strong pork smell. Due to these issues, I will not recommend this restaurant and will not return.
