Subway - Reviews

I live just 5 blocks from this Subway location and frequently receive monthly mailers with coupons. Today, I finally decided to use a coupon for a $7. 99 sub. However, upon checkout, I discovered that this particular store refuses to accept coupons. It's quite absurd that the only Subway within miles doesn't honor coupons sent to people in their own neighborhood. The food itself was fine.

My experience at the restaurant was disappointing. I arrived during a work shift with a code for savings, but was told it couldn't be accepted. This raises questions about why they are part of a chain if they don't adhere to its policies. Furthermore, the breast was over toasted.

My first experience at this location was disappointing. I stood at the counter waiting to order for seven minutes and was continuously ignored. Consequently, I walked out. This is the closest location to where I now live and also to where I grew up, but I will inconvenience myself to go further to be greeted by kind people who actually want customers.

My experience at this Subway was the worst I've ever had. I was given a sandwich that was cold and barely toasted. As I am pregnant and cannot eat certain meats unless heated properly, I asked them to remake it. They initially refused, stating I had to pay for a new one instead of a remake. Eventually, they did remake it, but it was made very sloppily, and my entire sandwich fell apart within two bites. The staff was also incredibly rude and lacked any customer service standards. I strongly advise saving your money and avoiding this location.

My experience at the restaurant was very positive, largely due to the exceptional service. The lady who took our order for our group of four was incredibly patient and friendly. She handled each order without any issues and moved along nicely. Furthermore, she was accommodating and even moved some tables together for us right after taking our orders, which was a thoughtful gesture. The food was good, rated a 4, and the atmosphere was also excellent, rated a 5.

I got a sandwich today from Emmy (I think that's how you spell her name). She was very friendly and makes delicious sandwiches. I will only go back if ONLY she makes it for me! :)
