Spicy Sandwich Disaster, Never Again
I don't know why they charge so much for a footlong, but my sandwich alone was $20. 93. It was 30 minutes before closing, raining outside, and I was cold, wanting a good, hot sandwich. It was definitely hot and spicy, but I didn't order a spicy sandwich as I get heartburn badly. I don't know why my sandwich was spicy. I got the most meat sandwich, the '5 Italian'. I asked if it was spicy, and he said no. I told him spicy doesn't work for me. My sandwich had lettuce, spinach, tomatoes, pickles, green peppers, onions, cucumbers, black olives, toasted, and ranch and honey mustard. I was starving, cold, riding my bike in the rain. I got my sandwich and went outside to sit in the rain on the grass sidewalk. The first bite burned my mouth and tasted like crap. I forced myself to eat almost half, but I couldn't eat any more and threw the rest of it away. I'm going to get my bank to get the $21. 00 back, and I'm going to call in the morning and complain because I think he made my sandwich spicy on purpose, and that's bullshit. I will never eat at that Subway ever again.

Good Sandwich, But Pricey
My experience at the restaurant was that the sandwich was good, exactly what you'd expect from a sub sandwich. However, it was a bit costly. I paid $17. 00 for a foot-long sandwich and a small bag of chips. I wasn't interested in the sale item for that day, which I believe was the cold cut trio.

Inconsistent Orders, But Still a Favorite
I really like coming here and often pick up food for myself and coworkers. While about 70% of my experiences are great, I've encountered some issues with order accuracy. For example, I ordered a nacho that clearly stated onions and tomatoes, with no jalapeños. It arrived with no jalapeños as requested, but also completely missing the onions and tomatoes that are supposed to come by default. It seems like there might be a new person preparing orders who needs to pay closer attention to the details. Additionally, receiving only three tiny slices of black olive on a foot-long sub is not what I'd consider 'more olives. ' I'm a frequent customer and I always tip, so it's disappointing that these kinds of mistakes keep happening.

Frustrating Experience with Subway App
My experience at this restaurant was quite frustrating. The place is always closed when it's supposed to be open. I also tried to use the subway app to order a subway sandwich, which turned out to be a freaking joke. As a result, I received no discount.
