Good Bibimbap, Lacking Spice and Value
My experience at the restaurant featured a Bibimbap with good flavor. However, the spicy pork was not very spicy. Additionally, the portion size could have been more generous for the price. Unlike other Korean restaurants, there were no complimentary small plates, and an order of kimchi incurred an extra charge. This might be a common practice for establishments that don't specialize in barbeque, which this place does not.

High Quality Food, Poor Value and Service
My experience at this restaurant was a mixed bag. The food quality was undeniably high, but it came with a hefty price tag. Unfortunately, the service did not match the cost. I spent over $250 for our table, and when I requested additional lemon slices for seven people, I was met with an annoyed response from the hostess. She stated that more lemon would cost an extra $5, which felt like nickel-and-diming, especially considering lemons are abundant and inexpensive here. As a loyal customer for years, this incident made me reconsider my patronage. It's also worth noting that while tips are optional, there's an expectation of upwards of 30%, regardless of service quality. Ultimately, customers seek great food, friendly service, and fair value. This restaurant excels in food but falls short on service and value, missing the mark on two out of three essential aspects.
