Consistent Sandwiches, Worth the Wait
Despite some confusion about other complaints, my experience was positive. I waited 15 minutes for my sandwiches during lunch rush hours on two separate days in Seattle. This place was recommended by locals who visit regularly, and they certainly delivered on consistency!
The sandwiches were tasty and served by welcoming staff. Keep up the good work, and don't let occasional failures get you down.

Freaky Fast? Not Here!
I've visited many Jimmy John's locations across the country, and while the food is consistently the same, this particular location seems to be in a perpetual state of operational crisis. Their marketing slogan is "Freaky Fast! ", yet if you walk in, you'll likely be laughed at if you expect a sandwich in under half an hour.
They'll tell you to wait at least 35 minutes for the simplest order, citing a lack of labor resources. My recommendation is to exclusively use the mobile app or website to order ahead. Online order prep times range from 16-30 minutes, but you can enable notifications to know when your food is ready.
Definitely don't try to walk in and order. Some reviewers criticize the lack of seating, but that's unfair as there's an entire food court right outside. The food itself is the same tasty stuff, and orders are built well, just at a significantly slower pace – about 1/10th the speed of other locations.

Quick and Tasty Toasted Sandwich
My experience at this restaurant was great! I ordered a toasted sandwich online for pickup, and it was ready in under 10 minutes. The sandwich maker was nice, and the food was delicious.
The restaurant itself is quite small, so I'd recommend ordering for pickup rather than dining in.

Terrible Service, Okay Sandwich
My experience at this restaurant was marked by terrible service. Two staff members seemed clearly unhappy to be there and annoyed by my presence. The sandwich itself was just okay, and it was thrown together without any option to toast it, which I ended up doing myself.
I definitely will not be returning.

Slow Service, Okay Food
My experience at the restaurant was marked by incredibly slow service, even when there weren't many people. The staff seemed apathetic and disinterested. The food itself was just okay.

Moldy Sandwich, Still Ate It
My experience at the restaurant was disappointing due to the food quality. My sandwich had mold on it. Despite this, I still ate it because the $12 felt like hard-earned money.
I am asking if Mr. Jimmy John could provide a new one.

Good Lunch Experience
I'm not sure why there are so many 1-star reviews. I went for lunch, and the staff was polite. My food was ready in less than 5 minutes, and the quality and taste were just fine.
Overall, it was a good experience.

Good Sandwiches, Bad Service
My experience at this restaurant was a mixed bag. While the sandwiches were pretty good, the service was a significant letdown. The owner's replies to negative comments, stating "that's not how we roll, " don't seem to reflect the reality of the long waits and unfriendly staff who appear to prefer customers not ordering.
It seems they could benefit from starting prep earlier, but this would likely increase wages. The atmosphere was also not great, rated at a 1.

Soapy Sandwich Surprise
Normally Jimmy John's is fire, but this time my sandwich tasted lowkey soapy. The lettuce and onion tasted like someone took washing vegetables to a new level, so I threw it away. However, the guy who made my sandwich was pretty chill, so I don't know.

Disappointing Jimmy John's Experience
My experience at this Jimmy John's was disappointing. I ordered a Turkey Tom and a bag of bbq chips, and then requested a water cup. The total came to $15.
When I went to get the water cup, I was informed I had been charged for a bottle. There was also a long wait for the sandwich, and it seemed like only one of the five staff members were working. I typically love Jimmy John's, but this was the worst sub I've had.
It had only a single tiny sliver of turkey, consisting basically of lettuce and tomato.
