Mandatory Tip for Non-Existent Service & Bad Sushi
My experience at this restaurant was quite negative. There was no service to speak of, yet an 18% mandatory tip was added to the bill, which I found ridiculous. Furthermore, the sushi was terrible. I suspect many of the positive reviews come from accounts with very limited review history.

30 Years of Delicious Sushi and Great Service!
My experience at Warakabune has been consistently wonderful. We've been loyal customers for 30 years, ever since they opened. It's clear they've remained true to their customers and their business, which is why we love their sushi as much as we love our friends there. Congratulations on this incredible achievement! 👏🏻🍣🍙🍱

Great Local Vibe and Options!
My experience at this restaurant was fantastic! There were so many options to choose from, and the staff were very nice. The restaurant has a great local vibe, and the portion sizes were perfect for trying multiple dishes. I will definitely be back and highly recommend it!

A Gem with Great Sushi!
I'm so glad this restaurant is still open. It's a true gem in the area, offering great sushi at reasonable prices. The experience was excellent across the board, with perfect scores for service, atmosphere, and food.

Hidden Gem with Fresh Sushi!
Warakubune is a hidden gem in the Mission! I always visit this small business when I'm in town. The conveyor belt setup makes it incredibly easy and quick to grab food, so I highly recommend coming here if you want to start eating immediately! The fish is really fresh and they don't skimp on the nigiri/roll insides. I love the tobiko nigiri, which was packed so much it was overflowing. My favorite thing is that they use real king crab instead of surimi 🤤. The service here is also great! There's a really sweet lady I always see working there, and she greets me with a kind smile every time. Really wonderful service. I cannot recommend this restaurant enough!

Fresh Fish and Fun Atmosphere
My experience at this restaurant was fantastic! The fish was incredibly fresh, and the staff and fellow customers were very friendly, creating a somewhat communal atmosphere around the conveyor. It was a lot of fun to pick the sushi off the boats. The Asparagus Tempura Roll was a recommended dish that I enjoyed.

Interesting Boat Sushi Experience for Families
Our experience as parents with two toddlers was quite interesting. We opted for the boat/bar sushi, which we thoroughly enjoyed. I must admit that while some plates were worth their price, others were not. Overall, we had a good time.

Fun Sushi Boat, Tight Seating
My experience at this restaurant was unique due to the water sushi boat carrousel. However, the seating was very limited, and the seating was very close with narrow walk ways. I recommend coming at opening to avoid the wait. The food is solid for variety and turn out. You can't be afraid to speak up for check, water, special rolls, etc.

Closed When Supposed to Be Open
My experience was that the restaurant was advertised as open online, but upon arrival, a sign on the window indicated it was closed due to the cold. This was a disappointing experience.
