Ike's Love & Sandwiches - Reviews

My experience at Ike's was a mixed bag. The sandwiches were great, but the service was sloppy. I consistently try to maintain a positive mindset when visiting, yet something always seems to go wrong. On one occasion, I didn't receive the chips I ordered. Other times, upon entering the store, I've had to wait a considerable amount of time for an employee to acknowledge me or step away from the kitchen. Even when acknowledged, they sometimes serve customers who arrived after me. Today's visit was particularly disappointing; an employee saw me enter but proceeded to serve the man who walked in after me, despite both of us having pick-up orders. I waited by the front counter, and this experience left me feeling like I won't be returning for a while.

My experience at the restaurant was very positive. The sandwiches were very tasty. There is a huge selection, including vegetarian/vegan sandwiches. I would definitely get food from there again anytime.

My experience at this restaurant was fantastic! I had my share of sandwiches living on the East Coast, but this is a really good combo of ingredients. It's even been voted best sandwich in the world (by His Mom)! I ordered sandwich 232-Robb Nen, 298-Jaymeetless, and 111- Meage A Trois, all on Dutch Bread. This bread is fantastic! The menu is HUGE, which made it tough to decide, but it was worth the 15 minutes it took me to figure out what I wanted. Lol.

My experience at the restaurant was fantastic, especially with their vegan steak. It was served with hummus, tomato, and lettuce, and I can honestly say it was the best vegan sub I've ever eaten! The food quality was rated a 5, service was a 5, and the atmosphere was a 5. I highly recommend the vegan options here.

My experience at this restaurant was perfect. The food, people, and atmosphere were all outstanding. What truly set this place apart was the incredible management. I had the pleasure of meeting the area boss, Charlie, and it's easy to see why things are so great there under his leadership.

I would definitely recommend using the website to place your order about 15 minutes in advance, as they are usually busy with takeout orders. If you plan on dining in, be aware that the tables are quite small and can only seat a maximum of two people.

The large vegetarian selection and highly recommended vegetarian options make it a standout choice.

When I inquired if they were just busy, I was met with what I perceived as dishonesty. Ultimately, they refused to serve me. I advise others not to waste their time here.

My family and I ordered sandwiches, and we encountered a computer issue when it was time to pay. The system seemed to go down, and my debit card wasn't accepted, so we paid with cash. Upon returning home, I discovered that my card had indeed been charged, meaning we paid twice. I contacted the restaurant and spoke with Julian, who immediately refunded my card. This was such good customer service. The sandwiches were also very good, and the Dutch crunch bread is the best.
