Nizario's Pizza - Reviews

My experience at this restaurant has been consistently excellent for decades. The service and pizza are always top-notch, whether you order by the slice or a whole pie. The quality is amazing, and the service is what you'd expect from a small take-out place. I'm a bit sad it took me over 10 years to write this review, but after witnessing an "influencer" bullying the staff for free food today, I felt compelled to share how amazing this place truly is. Nazario, a pillar of the inner Richmond neighborhood, has watched my children grow up. This place is a highlight for both its food quality and service. And if you're wondering what's best? The Chicken Pesto is fantastic every day!

My experience at this restaurant was centered around their pizza. While the place itself is no-frills, the pizza was really good. I found their pizza to be a little thicker and more cheesy than the usual New York style, which I personally consider a good thing. Overall, the pizza was really tasty.

One night after a USF basketball game, I saw this place was open and decided to stop in. I always get the Canadian Bacon and the pesto. I have been going to this spot since 1986 and have no plans on stopping anytime soon. Keep up the good work, guys.

This is a small, family-owned place that's great for pizza. You can get pizza by the slice or a full pizza. The service, atmosphere, and food were all rated a perfect 5 out of 5.

My experience at this restaurant was fantastic! I found the best pizza in the city, and it's open late night. The pesto and veggie pizzas are my favorites. Additionally, the staff were incredibly sweet while serving me.

I've been going to this wonderful pizza 🍕 place since I was young. I love everything about Nizarios! The price is good, and the crust, sauce, and cheese hit hella slaps! Most of all, the people there are all kind and attentive. They know what they are doing over there, making it with hella love ❤️❣️ The only challenge and struggle is the parking; there is no parking most of the time because it's very busy in that area. So, if you want a pizza from here, call it in so that you can double park and get your order fast.

I was walking the street incredibly hungry at 10: 50 PM, looking for something to eat. I passed by the front and saw Mr. Nizario was closing down. Hesitant to come inside, I was warmly invited in by Mr. Nizario with a smile, asking, “Come in, come in, what can I do for you? ” After he served me, we had a great conversation about San Francisco. Mr. Nizario is incredibly wholesome, sweet, and charismatic; I loved every moment speaking to him. He even offered complimentary water, which made my night. Thank you, Mr. Nizario, for making me feel welcome and serving me the most delicious pizza I’ve had in this city.

My experience at this restaurant used to be really good, but now it’s just garbage. The food has no taste, and the slices were small. To top it off, the rates are high.
