Missing Cheese on Sandwiches
I ordered Doordash from here twice last week. Whoever makes the sandwiches in the morning seems to have a cheese phobia; they can never include the cheese.

No Restroom Access, Rude Service
My experience at this restaurant was extremely negative due to the lack of a restroom for customers. This was particularly frustrating given that finding a restroom in Seattle is already difficult. Furthermore, the worker was impolite, as politeness would have involved allowing a customer to use the restroom.
The food received a rating of 3, while service and atmosphere were rated at 1.

Good Food, Inconsistent Hours
During lunch, I experienced pretty good service and standard food. However, the hours of operation are highly variable. I have gone there multiple times up to a few hours prior to their listed closing, and they were either gone or refused service saying they were closed.

Online Order Disaster: Skimped Food & Rude Service
My experience with the online order was extremely disappointing. I specifically requested extra ingredients, but the restaurant did the opposite and completely skimped on both of our sandwiches. To make matters worse, the customer service was rude; the employee actually threw the bag at me when I went to pick up the order.

Delicious Sandwich and Great Service!
I wanted to give a glowing review for the employee working on 04/07/23 at 5pm at the Subway by Harborview. Although I didn't catch her name, she was busy but maintained a great attitude and handled everything with ease. When it was my turn, she helped me create a sandwich that was absolutely delicious.
I hadn't visited a Subway in many years, but I will be back for this sandwich and hope to be helped by her again!

Poor Customer Service Over Extra Veggies
My experience at this restaurant was extremely disappointing due to the poor customer service I received. I simply wanted some extra vegetables on my veggie sandwich, but the staff member became argumentative and even showed me a formula chart. As a former Subway manager, I know that while formulas are followed, accommodating a customer's request for more vegetables, especially on a veggie sandwich, is standard practice.
I was hoping for more than just three onions, and after receiving a minimal amount, I had to ask a gentleman to assist me. The lady then walked away, threatening to charge me for the extra vegetables. I will never return to this location.

Subway Refuses Coupon, Frustrating Experience
My experience at this Subway was disappointing. I encountered another Subway location that refused to honor my coupon, claiming "the computer not accepting them. " This raises the question of why Subway continues to exist if they can't even honor their own promotions.

Uncooked Bacon and Poor Service
My experience at this restaurant was quite disappointing. I ordered "The Great Garlic" sandwich, expecting crispy bacon as described. However, what I received was uncooked bacon.
When I attempted to return it, the individual I believe to be the manager argued that the bacon was supposed to be uncooked. I tried to show them the description and a picture from the Subway website, which clearly depicted cooked and crispy bacon. It was a really bad experience all around.
