My experience at this restaurant was a mixed bag. While some of the food was tasty, the overall flavor profile was inconsistent, with dishes being either very flavorful or having no flavor at all. A significant issue was the rice, which was typically served cold and hard. Despite these food quality concerns, the restaurant has a great concept.

My experience at this restaurant was marked by several issues. The hours of operation were odd, and despite having no human interaction, they asked for tips. Most concerningly, a significant portion of my meal was cold.

I went to Bloom with co-workers to pick up lunch, and unfortunately, they messed up all our orders. I ordered a tofu bowl which arrived with no tofu, and I wasn't even informed about this omission. I only realized the main ingredient was missing after returning to work and opening the bowl. To make matters worse, a co-worker who ordered a Teriyaki Salmon bowl received a no-tofu tofu bowl instead. Overall, the experience was very pricey for the poor service being offered.

When we travel, we're always sure to check out GF places. This place underwhelmed. We placed an order online for our traveling group. The whole order was prepared 20 minutes late. All but one Bento box order was served in bowls, which is fine, but defeats the novelty of ordering Bento style. One order was missing items. The seasonal vegetables were just peppers and onions. Proteins were overcooked. Flavors were otherwise good. Just a disappointment. A clever concept that missed the mark.

My experience at this restaurant was mixed. The food was reasonable, but the staff were so slow. I would not recommend this place if you are looking for a quick lunch.

Word to the wise. Avoid Bloom! Today was our office's third attempt at ordering from Bloom. Just like the first two attempts, the food was ABSURDLY salty. We really want to like Bloom and love their concept, but whoever is in the kitchen is a salt fanatic. Specifically, the falafel and ALL the sauces are salted beyond being edible. Three of us got the falafel bento boxes, and three falafel bento boxes now sit in our garbage. In addition, the site wasn't working, so I called in the order, and they charged us an additional $30. 00 delivery/catering fee. Disappointing.

My experience at this restaurant was super yummy! It was a quick bite for lunch, and the light and bright interior created a pleasant atmosphere. The staff was friendly, and I was impressed by the many vegan options available.

My experience at the restaurant was mixed. While the toppings were good, the rice was not cooked or old, making it very tough to eat. The food score was 3/5 and service was 4/5.

My experience at this restaurant was largely positive due to the excellent food. However, a recent change has impacted my overall satisfaction: they've started charging an extra $5+ for the salmon in the bento box. While I understand that fish can be more expensive, this price hike feels ridiculous for the size you receive. This change has unfortunately led me to drop my rating.

My experience at this restaurant was positive, offering tasty vegetarian options in a lovely bright place. While the seating was limited, the service, primarily through a screen, was efficient and helped keep tips at a reasonable level. The overall atmosphere was very enjoyable.
