My experience at this restaurant was marked by friendly and helpful staff, a clean environment, and quick service. I visited a couple of times during my stay in the city.

My experience at this restaurant was fantastic! The Sandwich Artist was awesome and truly took pride in their sandwich art. I also received excellent customer service with a genuine Asian smile. The Special of the DAY was a great deal at only $6. 99!

My experience at this restaurant was disappointing. I’m pretty sure the lady gave me half the meat that this sub is supposed to have. I’ve been having this same sandwich for years and there’s no meat on this thing!

My experience at this restaurant was very negative due to the rude lady at the front, who served me as #40. I ordered a 12-inch item and was shocked to find only two pieces of American cheese. I questioned if this was the new policy or if she simply didn't do her job properly. The service was very rude, leading to a bad experience. I absolutely do not recommend this location.

My experience involved ordering online, only to arrive and find my order had been given to the wrong person. When I asked if they could remake it, I was told I'd have to pay again and contact customer support for a refund. Adding to the issue, a coworker's online order was missing sauce. While I understand refunds might be out of their hands, refusing to remake an order that was given away is asinine. I will not be returning.

Writing this review in 2020, I still remember my visit to Subway in San Francisco in July 2017. I was very hungry and saw the Subway restaurant, so I went straight in to order. After a brief chat with the lady serving me, who I learned was around 58 years old and from Delhi, India, I was surprised. I introduced myself and mentioned I was also from Delhi. She smiled, asked about my trip and stay, and then generously gave me another footlong sub for free. She was very humble and kind. I still remember these small things which made a significant positive change to my experience.

My experience at this restaurant was limited by its small location, which offered almost no place to eat. Additionally, the soda fountain was out of ice, which was a significant inconvenience.

My experience was frustrating due to incorrect information. Your Google Maps opening hours are wrong. You don’t close at 11 PM but at 10 PM. But not only that. I went there at 9: 40 PM and it was already closed and everything cleaned up.

My experience at this restaurant was mixed. On the positive side, they offer a good selection of vegetables for their sandwiches. However, I found that their prices were a little higher compared to their competitors.
