Disappointing Avocado and Egg Sandwich
I was excited to try this place but was ultimately disappointed. I ordered the avocado and egg sandwich, which was surprisingly sweet and nasty. I would probably order it again without the kiwi sauce.
Additionally, all of the egg was concentrated in the first couple of bites, which was not ideal.

Good Food, Terrible Cleanliness
My experience at this restaurant was a mixed bag. While the sandwich was good and the food received a high rating, the overall atmosphere was severely lacking due to cleanliness issues. The place was dirty with lots of leftover stuff and napkins on the floor.
Seeing the mess in the kitchen while they were preparing food made me lose my appetite. The food itself was great, but the atmosphere was a significant letdown.

Delicious Crab and Corn Sandwich
I was surprised by all the negative reviews here. My experience was great! I got the crab and corn, and it was delicious.
The bread was soft and sweet, and the eggs were fluffy, which, while not my favorite texture usually, worked well for this style of sandwich. For a breakfast-sized sandwich in SF, $7 is reasonable. I'm glad to have them in the area.
For those concerned about being forced to order a combo, you can choose the sandwich only option on the left side of the screen; the combo is just the first item listed.

Worst Egg Sandwich Experience
My experience at this restaurant was overwhelmingly negative, primarily due to the worst egg sandwich I have ever had. I am making this post to highlight the issue, and I urge you to watch the video I've shared to understand how the food is prepared, which will explain its poor quality. The food received a very low rating of 2.

Cute Decor, Slow Service
My experience at this restaurant was a mixed bag. The decor is undeniably cute, and the giant egg adds a unique touch. However, the seating is limited due to this feature.
While the food, service, and atmosphere all received a perfect score of 5, the actual service felt a bit slow. This is understandable given the current momentum of the place, suggesting they might need to hire more staff as they grow. Overall, it's a charming spot with potential, but be prepared for a potentially slower pace of service.

Fun Sandwich Concept with a Wait
My experience at the restaurant involved a bit of a long wait. However, the egg was fluffy and I enjoyed the fun sandwich concept 🐣.

Disappointing Closure, Good Food Potential
WARNING: They can close early because they run out of bread on weekdays! Check the place before ordering! My experience was that I ordered a Wagyu Toast online through the Local by Toast app at 4: 33 PM on a Tuesday.
Upon arriving at the restaurant at 4: 41 PM, I discovered they were closed early because they were out of bread. Thankfully, I called them, and a worker was able to understand my problem and process the order cancellation. The employee mentioned they closed an hour early.
Otherwise, this is a good sandwich spot that I’ve been longing to return to, as I had a good experience previously. Now I know I really have to come during lunch. It would have been better if the Toast page was also set to “not accept orders at this time” to avoid such issues.

Self-Service with Weekend Waffle Wait
My experience at this self-service restaurant was decent. The sitting is a bit limited, with some tables on the back patio, but there's not much demand, so you can most likely get a seat without issues. Unfortunately, their waffle desserts are only available on weekends, so keep that in mind if that's one of the reasons you're coming here.
The parking in Irving can be as hard as it gets to find, so that's a definite challenge.

Wagyu Toast: A Mixed Bag
My experience at the restaurant involved trying the wagyu toast. I got it on a Wagyu Tuesday for $7, so I can't complain about the price. The egg was soft and fluffy, but it could have used a tad more salt.
The sauce was sweet and slightly acidic, though I felt it might have been slightly overwhelming the wagyu. The wagyu itself seemed frozen.

Delicious Toast, Wish for Later Hours
My experience at this restaurant was quite positive, particularly with their toast. The bread was wonderfully soft, and the egg was cooked to the perfect texture. I really enjoyed the food.
My only wish is that they would extend their hours, perhaps until 7 PM, as I'd love to enjoy their offerings later in the day.
