Horrible Service, Worst Experience
My experience at this restaurant was horrible. The customer service was terrible; they were unwilling to provide a napkin or attend to anyone. It was the worst experience ever.

Disappointing Subway Visit
My experience at this Subway location was disappointing. It was hard to find, and the exterior looked almost abandoned. Inside, the service was unwelcoming, with staff appearing rude and uninterested.
To make matters worse, they didn’t accept valid Subway coupons, which was frustrating. This was not the experience I expected from a national chain.

Locked Out During Business Hours
My experience at this Subway was disappointing. I visited at 3: 30 PM, expecting it to be open as the posted hours indicated it would be until 5 PM. However, the door was locked and I was turned away.
This is one of the few Subway restaurants in the downtown area, making the situation even more inconvenient. I suggest updating the posted hours to accurately reflect when the restaurant is actually open.

Stale Chips Ruined an Otherwise Okay Meal
My experience at this restaurant was okay, but not particularly special. I was mainly craving a Subway sandwich, and the one I bought was fine. The cookie and drink were also fine.
However, my chips were not good; they were old and stale. I checked the expiration date, and they were over a week past it. So, my advice would be to maybe don’t buy the chips.

Terrible Service, Wrong Order
I work at the mall and made the mistake of trying to order a 6" Monster sandwich. The absolute invalid who took my order gave me a sandwich with steak, cheese, and nothing else. When I asked her for my "Monster" sandwich that I paid $14 for, she argued with me and claimed that I didn't ask for it when I clearly did.
She made me the proper sandwich and then asked me to pay for it again. She needs to lose her job, and I sincerely hope she gets hepatitis.

In-app order ignored for 20 minutes
My experience at the restaurant was frustrating. Despite having an in-app order ready, it was left unmade on the counter for twenty minutes while we waited outside the door. This occurred even though there were no other customers present.

Vegetarian Order Mixed Up Twice
My experience with this restaurant has been a mixed bag. On one hand, the location is convenient and the delivery was prompt. However, on two separate occasions when I ordered a plain egg & cheese flatbread, I received it with meat.
As a vegetarian, this is a significant issue, especially since the meat versions are distinct menu items. It seems there's an assumption that everyone wants meat, which is problematic.

Consistently Closed and Out of Bread
My experience at this restaurant has been frustrating due to their frequent closures and lack of Italian bread. I've waited in long lines twice, only to reach the front and be told there's no more Italian bread available. An announcement would have been helpful.
Since COVID, this Subway has gone downhill.

Typical Subway, Appreciated Staff
My experience at this Subway was typical for the chain. It was okay, and I was a little bummed that they never have Italian Dressing, but that might just be a location-specific issue. I did appreciate the staff.
