My experience at the restaurant was great! I have dined there two Sundays already during lunch time when they are not as busy, and I would definitely recommend it. The food and service were both excellent.

My experience at the restaurant was fantastic! I had the garden salad with sesame ginger dressing, which was the most delicious thing ever. The garlic butter edamame was also amazing. As a vegetarian, I was very satisfied with the options available. Our server was very attentive and friendly, and we loved the indoor decorations and ambiance. I will definitely be back!

My experience at this restaurant was marked by the unnecessarily expensive price of a regular salmon and avocado roll, which cost $17. I can get the same roll at Whole Foods for about $11, and it's not particularly special here. While I understand the challenges of operating restaurants with low margins, the pricing felt excessive.

I’ve been coming here for over five years, and Tekka continues to provide friendly, prompt service and absolutely delicious food. For a small sushi spot in a sleepy village, this place holds its weight on all fronts you could expect from a Japanese restaurant, from sushi to ramen and all things in between. The food comes out fast, everything I’ve tried has exceeded expectations, and the atmosphere is clean and modern.

My experience at Tekka was fantastic! The staff were amazing, fun, and super helpful, making it a great place for groups, solo diners, or families. The sushi was incredibly fresh and prepared in various and unique ways. Although Google indicated cash only, they also accept cards. Thanks to everyone at Tekka!

My wife and I have been coming here for about a year now. The service is always absolutely top-notch. The atmosphere of the restaurant is calm and inviting. The food… incredible. The quality of ingredients they use here is on par with some of the so-called “highest rated” sushi we’ve had in SF. It’s not the absolute cheapest sushi you can find here, but for the quality of what you get at the price-point, Tekka House can’t be beat. Just take a look at these two separate 12pc Sashimi plates I got over the past few months. Very high quality, and amazingly excellent selection such as Chu-toro and O-toro (absolutely melt in your mouth delicious). Most the time when we try a new sushi restaurant now, my wife and I just end up craving Tekka House.

I stopped by with my friends for dinner before attending a concert at a nearby location. The food was very delicious, nicely prepared and served. They have a few vegan options or can make some dishes vegan. Their menu is always changing and they have daily specials. They serve delicious specially prepared tea. Street parking is available, with some metered spots, but it's free after 6pm.

My parents and I had a blast at this restaurant. The sushimi was incredible, it literally melts in your mouth 👄. It was a great family time with the #fambam.

My experience at this restaurant was fantastic! The ramen here is truly incredible, some of the best I've had in San Francisco. The broth is rich and layered, with an earthy and complex flavor. I also enjoyed the agedashi eggplant, which was delicious. My 6-year-old daughter loved it too and even put some of the savory broth over her rice. The restaurant is located on a charming street in Glen Park. As a mother, I really appreciated that they have high chairs, which is a major plus. The staff were so kind and accommodating. We will definitely be coming back.
