My experience at the restaurant was overwhelmingly positive. Despite a minor mix-up with the receipts, everything else was top notch. The ambience was great, and the food and drinks were tasty. The staff were also very friendly. I would definitely come back!

I had a business lunch at Ozumo and it was probably the best Japanese experience I've had so far outside of Japan. The fish quality was exceptional. Our waitress, Miri, was a true gem and took great care of us. I can only recommend this place.

My son and I really enjoyed our experience at this restaurant after attending a recent Commonwealth Club event. The location was very convenient, being close to the event, and there was plenty of parking available in the area. The food was just great, and we appreciated that we didn't feel at all rushed.

My dining experience was incredible. The sushi selections were not only fresh but also creative and beautifully presented. Each roll felt thoughtfully crafted, and the rice was perfectly seasoned. Service started off a bit slow, but once our server got to us, everything flowed smoothly and professionally. My son ordered 8oz A5 Wagyu from the Miyazaki Prefecture, and it absolutely lived up to the reputation. I had my first espresso martini's ever which turned into several that were amazing. The Choco-Chan dessert was the highlight for me, very unique, and a perfect finish to the meal. This spot is a must-visit for any sushi lover passing through San Francisco. Can’t wait to come back!

My experience at Ozumo was fantastic! I had delicious food and highly recommend asking for a table with a waterfront view – it truly enhances the dining experience. The atmosphere was rated a 5, and the service was also a perfect 5. It was a quiet environment, making conversation easy.

My experience at this restaurant was a splurge-worthy sushi adventure. The prix fixe menu was truly impressive, featuring interesting dishes and a generous amount of food. I was particularly pleased to see an elaborate vegetarian prix fixe menu, which is a thoughtful touch. While it might not be the best value, if you can afford it, you're guaranteed to have a great time.

I ordered takeout about an hour before closing. While waiting, I sat at the bar and had a beer. The bartender was very attentive and prompt. I wasn't aware it was happy hour, otherwise, I would have enjoyed my edamame at the bar. After about 45 minutes, I inquired about my order, which had been sitting at the front for a while. Fortunately, everything was still warm. The Gyoza were delicious. However, the Spicy tuna roll was extremely skimpy on the tuna, the least I've ever had, though it tasted good. My Edamame came unsalted, which was unfortunate as I paid full price when it was half off during happy hour. I would only return if desperate; otherwise, I would pass.

My experience at this restaurant was just okay. The food was only satisfactory, and the service was also just okay. Our waitress forgot part of our order, leading to a significant wait. She did not offer any compensation for the mistake. Furthermore, the meal was very expensive.
