My experience at the restaurant was quite good. The food was tasty, and the service was super fast. However, I found it unusual that the bill automatically includes a 20% tip on top of the food and taxes, whether you like it or not.

We wanted sushi on a whim and this was the closest to our hotel, I’m so glad we did! I got the Lion King roll which was delicious. Other party members got the bento box with mackerel, pork katsu, and curry; all of which were great as well. We also tried their boba drinks which were tasty. Service was very good, our waitress was sweet.

My experience at the restaurant was absolutely incredible. I ordered the Chicken bento box, which came with a California roll and sashimi. It was accompanied by a super tasty miso soup, an absolutely lush salad, and an aubergine side dish that I desperately need the recipe for. They also provided extra rice and salted edamame beans with my beer. The sushi was some of the freshest I've had, and I loved the fact that you can design your own bento. The service was delightful. I give it a 10/10 and would sushi again.

My experience at this restaurant was fantastic! I had the tonkatsu ramen, and the broth was truly mastered, with incredibly tasty meat. The gyozas were perfectly crusty. I highly recommend the house special dessert: a green tea tempura, which is essentially fried ice cream with panko crumbs. While the price is not cheap, it is definitely fair for the quality.

My experience at the restaurant was a mixed bag. The food was lovely and offered a nice change from the heavy meals we had been having. However, I didn't like that they automatically charged an 18% service charge and then charged the tax on top of that, meaning we paid tax on our forced tip. This left a bad taste in my mouth.

Wow, what a wonderful experience! It was so peaceful and welcoming. The food was delicious, and the portions were perfect. Honestly, this was our best meal in SF this trip.

If you overlook the location, this restaurant is much like any other Korean/Japanese establishment found in suburban areas across the country. The flavors and presentations are mediocre, and the prices are comparable to those in San Francisco. Unfortunately, given its location near the Wharf, there isn't much better available. If you're craving a Japanese or Korean meal and don't want to drive 15-20 minutes to Japantown or Koreatown, this is likely your best option. The only dish I found enjoyable was the Katsu don, but it was by no means special.

My experience at this restaurant was fantastic! We opted for pickup and were thoroughly impressed. My wife enjoyed the gyoza and egg rolls, while I savored the Bul go gi jab chase. The host was incredibly nice and even sent us home with some kimchi. It's a great little spot with great food and a great host.
