Exceptional Italian with Stellar Service!
I had a truly wonderful experience at this Italian restaurant. Our waiter, John, was incredibly attentive and funny, and his recommendations were spot-on. The pasta was incredibly fresh and full of flavor, showcasing the quality of the ingredients.
We also thoroughly enjoyed the desserts, which provided a perfect finish to the meal. The clarified margarita was exceptional. I highly recommend this place for anyone seeking authentic Italian food with great service!

Wonderful Italian Food and Service
My experience at this restaurant was wonderful. The Italian food was exceptional, complemented by the great service from the Italian waiters. I particularly enjoyed the unique and delicious pork with fennel.
The homemade focaccia and breadsticks were dreamy, and the Tiramisu was world-class. The wine list was also impressive. Overall, it's a very cozy and great place.

Great Service and Flavorful Food
My experience at the restaurant was marked by great service and great food. The carbonara was particularly good, and the saltimbocca was packed with flavor. I noted that the outdoor seating can be a bit chilly, so it's advisable to ask for a heater if you choose to sit outside.

Authentic Italian Gem in Rome
If you're looking for a return to that restaurant you keep talking about in Rome, this is it. A gem of an Italian restaurant. The food was exquisite and the service was impeccable.
I started with a Saltimbocca appetizer and then had the Gnocchi al Ragu. The bartender suggested a red, Barbera d'Alba, which was a simply perfect pairing. Through conversation, I realized the owner has a restaurant in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, and he is originally from Roma.
Highly recommend.

Authentic Italian Gem with Excellent Food and Service
My experience at 54 Mint last night was overwhelmingly positive. The food was incredible, offering a truly authentic Italian taste, distinct from the heavier Americanized versions. We particularly enjoyed the daily special pasta with clams and the lamb chops, both of which were excellent.
The service was notably warm and friendly, extending from the initial greeting by the host to the attentive servers. The ambiance was also lovely; the restaurant was bustling but maintained a comfortable atmosphere, neither too loud nor crowded. This place is a true gem!

Incredible Pasta and Croquettes!
My experience at this restaurant was exceptional, particularly with the pasta dishes. I had two of the best pasta dishes I’ve ever had in my life. The carbonara was extremely creamy and coated the pasta perfectly, with al dente noodles that had a nice chew.
The sauce was infused with guanciale fat, providing a slight smokiness and saltiness, and the guanciale pieces were tender and crispy. I also tried the bucatini, which offered a tangy heat that was almost tear-inducing, feeling like the perfect, elevated spaghetti I always wished my mom made. The bucatini's small hole soaked up the delicious sauce, and it was made with guanciale in a ground, chorizo-style protein that was extremely well-seasoned and slightly saltier than the carbonara, in a good way.
I could eat both dishes forever. Paired with a delicious bottle of wine, it was one of the best meals I’ve had in a long time. If you're looking for a place to go, go here; it will not let you down.
Additionally, the croquettes were incredible – perfectly crisped outside with a warm, tomatillo-forward rice inside. The smell of smoked mozzarella upon cutting into them was amazing, making them a great appetizer.
