For a good hot pot experience, especially when you're feeling cold and hungry, this place is a must-visit for its delicious food that will warm your belly. I know it's tempting, but try not to order meats excessively. You have plenty of time to choose from a wide selection of different types of meats and veggies. Order slowly, as you'll have 90 minutes to decide which treats will fill your belly once you've chosen your hotpot. Be mindful that they don't offer a doggie bag option, so you won't want to be charged for leftovers. If you're dining alone, order small portions at a time. For larger groups, order according to the amount of meat and veggies needed. I want to help save everyone's wallet, as I'm also on a budget and aim for fairness and sensibility. In short, eat here for the warmth, the decent price, and the good times.

I walked into the restaurant on a Friday night, 1. 5 hours before closing (based on the door sign and Google). Upon arrival, I was greeted with poor customer service and told they were closed, despite people clearly having just been seated.

My experience at the restaurant was mostly positive. The food was good and the service was nice. However, the atmosphere was disrupted when a random stranger walked up to our table, sat down, and claimed to be my sister.

I ordered food on 饭团, but my order was not accepted after an hour. When I called, the woman who answered was extremely rude. She claimed they don't use 饭团 and started yelling at me when I tried to explain. What a disappointment!

I used to love this place and brought my entire work team here tonight, but the service was unbelievably disappointing. I made a phone reservation for 12 people and specifically requested individual pots due to dietary restrictions. The staff confirmed it would be fine, but when we arrived, they claimed the note was only for 4 people and told us we’d have to wait, with zero apology or effort to help. When I asked for clarification, the host said he wouldn’t serve us if we “talked to him like this. ” Shockingly unprofessional (specifically bald guy with glasses). Sadly, I won’t be coming back. The food itself was excellent, a 5 out of 5, but the service experience, rated a 1 out of 5, completely overshadowed it. The atmosphere was also rated a 1 out of 5. 我以前很喜欢这家店，今晚还带了整个工作团队一起来，但服务真的让我非常失望。我提前打电话预订了12人座位，并特别说明因为有人有饮食限制，需要个人小锅。电话那头也确认没问题。可我们到店后，店员却说只记录了4人要个人锅，还让我们等，没有任何道歉或补救方案。 当我礼貌询问时，店员竟然说如果我们“这样跟他说话”，他就不接待我们。完全无法接受这样的这样的态度。这次经历真的让我对这家店彻底失望，不会再来了。

Heads up, they don’t do the midnight special anymore. We came in on a Friday at 10 expecting the deal and we were told they don’t do it anymore. Overall, couldn’t complain about the food but they kept forgetting to bring stuff we ordered and a lot of stuff wouldn’t arrive until way later when we were already done.

My experience at the restaurant for a weekday lunch AYCE at $39. 99 was quite disappointing. The options were limited, with many items marked as sold out. The sauce bar was also limited, and the presence of a fan nearby to ward off flies was concerning. The soup base was bland, and the snacks section was almost non-existent, offering only cucumber and chicken feet. Overall, the food quality and variety were far below expectations for the price.

My experience at this hot pot place was absolutely the worst. We waited 30 minutes for rice after our time started, and half of our orders were not even given. We had to ask staff for our orders after ordering on the tablet. It was just bad. Not worth the money or anyone's time. You're not going to get what you ordered, and they just wait for your time to expire so they tell you to leave before your orders arrive. We were only there for 40 minutes before we just left. Please don't waste your time here, even if it's close to the hotel!
