My experience at the restaurant was fantastic! I had the chicken wild rice, which was exceptional, offering a perfectly balanced flavor and was very filling. I'm eager to return to try the Korean beef soup. Additionally, the staff member working there was a sweetheart, providing wonderful service.

It's savory, delicious, and incredibly healthy, made with grass-fed beef, giving it a fresh and nourishing taste. The staff are incredibly nice. I accidentally dropped my lid, and they kindly gave me a new cup without hesitation, which I really appreciate. The atmosphere feels so warm and welcoming. I highly recommend this spot as a healthy and comforting alternative to coffee or tea.

My experience with the to-go drinks was mixed. While the drinks themselves were good, the jars were not worth the cost. My first jar experience was great, but subsequent times the jars were not filled completely. On my third visit, the jar was not cleaned properly and leaked, staining my jacket and bag. When I returned for napkins and a bag (which were provided by default on previous visits), I was told they were out of napkins. Considering the total cost with tip was $30 and the damage to my belongings, it was not worth it. The staff member offered no verbal apology when I pointed out the leak, though she did provide two paper bags. In terms of flavor, the kimchi and chicken broth drinks were great, and the Mediterranean option was good. The chai was just okay, and I found the hot chocolate to be disgusting. I would recommend getting the kimchi drink to go.

Located in the lovely Noe Valley neighborhood, this bone broth on tap place might make you raise an eyebrow with its concept. I was skeptical to try the sweet version, specifically the lattes, but I talked myself into it. I ordered the seasonal item: iced chocolate sea salt. It’s one of the best chocolate drinks I’ve had! I guess the bone broth makes the drink so rich and creamy. And no, it doesn’t taste meaty at all. Sipping bone broth in a cup while strolling around is just so cool.

This is such a cute and unique spot! I love that they offer matcha or chai with a bone broth base. I tried the chai and it was yummy. My only wish is that their soups came in a small size for easy takeaway, as this is such a unique business.

The young man working was incredibly personable and helpful, explaining the menu with a super nice demeanor, making him a pleasure to interact with. This was some of the best customer service I've experienced recently. I ordered a chai and a cold chicken and rice soup for later; both were absolutely DELICIOUS! The ingredients are high quality and thoughtfully prepared, evident in the perfectly cut carrots and the ideal texture of the wild rice in the soup. The flavors are complex and balanced. It's clearly very nourishing and healthful, a stark contrast to a recent 'healthy' food place that felt like a gimmick with no substance and excessive sweetness. After enjoying the offerings from Trad, I felt energized, satisfied, and nourished. Thank you; I am a new fan!

I am absolutely obsessed with this bone broth. The specialty flavors are unreal, and the matcha latte is the best I’ve ever had. My experience was fantastic, especially with the food quality and the drinks.
