My first time at this location was a best experience! Kira was incredibly warm and welcoming. She expertly guided me through the menu, explaining everything and helping me choose a salad, especially when I was unsure about substitutions. I definitely would recommend this place!

My experience was a bit mixed. While the other service staff were nice, my interaction with Julia was quite uncomfortable. I was simply ordering a Salad bowl with basic ingredients, and she and other staff members kept rolling their eyes. It made me feel uneasy and hesitant to return, despite the food itself being decent.

I visited Sweetgreen at 3 pm on a Friday and was pleased to find only two people ahead of me. There was one worker handling online orders and another assisting in-store customers. The gentleman who served me was incredibly nice, especially since it was my first time trying Sweetgreen. He made the experience very positive and was super helpful, patiently answering all my questions. As I chose a 'create your own' bowl, I had many questions about the available options. Sweetgreen offers SO many choices, making it difficult to decide! Many of the options sounded delicious, so I'm eager to return and try the ones I didn't select this time. He kindly informed me that some toppings are extra, which was helpful when I chose a paid topping. Now I understand why my dad enjoys this place so much! The restaurant has ample seating both indoors and outdoors, and a huuge kitchen that you can observe. Thank you to the kind male worker who assisted me!

I enjoyed the kale Caesar as takeout. The food was great, earning a perfect score. However, the service was a bit distracted, and the indoor environment was not really friendly for sitting down. For a fast-food salad place, it was all good though.

I enjoyed the food here, but my experience with the service was unpleasant. As a vegetarian, I was trying to confirm my order while the staff member was assisting other customers. Their response, "I heard you the first time, " felt dismissive. I was simply trying to ensure my order was correct, and this interaction left me disappointed.

For my first time trying this restaurant, I found the food to be really good. However, one of the employees, Linda, did not have the most positive or inviting attitude. She clanked a plate to get my attention and was generally rude towards me and my group.

My experience at this restaurant was marked by significant confusion regarding their mobile order pickup process. The pickup location is inconsistent, sometimes being the main door, other times a door further away. Additionally, there's a lack of clarity on how to retrieve orders, with instances of waiting behind the counter for staff to check for the order, and other times the order is on an accessible shelf. I believe there must be a better way to manage mobile order pickups.
