Poor service, left without ordering
I went into the restaurant and waited for 5 minutes while the cashier was on the phone. Because of this poor service, I decided I'd rather spend my money elsewhere. 0/5 service.

Amazing French-Inspired Treats at ONE65
My experience at ONE65 was truly exceptional, especially regarding their pastries. The pistachio pastry was a standout, described as the best—rich, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. Even the French toast offered a unique experience, with a distinct texture and depth of flavor that impressed me.
For drinks, the coffee latte is a personal favorite, noted for being smooth, aromatic, and a wonderful pairing with their baked goods. ONE65 is a genuine gem for anyone seeking authentic French-inspired treats.

Delicious Bites and Sweet Treats!
My experience at this restaurant was overwhelmingly positive, especially regarding the food. Everything looked and tasted delicious. I tried the ham & cheese croissant and the focaccia bread, both of which were incredibly soft and packed with flavor.
The macaroons were a standout, available in so many irresistible flavors and nearly perfect. While I didn't get to try the ice cream or drinks, they also looked amazing. The chocolates offered a wide variety of unique flavors.
I believe everything here is worth trying, and you can't go wrong. The staff was nice, though the other customers were a bit strange.

Horrible French Pastries, Waste of Money
My experience at this restaurant was one of the most horrible. I found that nothing tasted like the original, neither the regular croissant nor their baguette. It's surprising how difficult it is to get these wrong.
Even the cafe au lait was disappointing. 🙈🙈🙈 I wouldn’t recommend anything from this place. While the presentation is good and the location is touristic, attracting first-time visitors, my personal taste experience was terrible.
I ordered 4 different pastries to try, and all were bad. Seriously, how can they manage this? I also observed other tables around me, and not even one table seemed happy with their food.
I even asked a nearby table what they thought, and they shook their heads, calling it a waste of money. And it's true; my money was totally wasted. I ended up having to buy my own coffee elsewhere because their cafe au lait and hot chocolate were undrinkable.
I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Mixed Feelings: Lovely Space, Okay Food
My experience at this restaurant was a mixed bag. The space itself is lovely, offering a pleasant atmosphere, although the seating was limited. When it came to the food, the meatballs were just okay, and the fries were a bit dense.
However, I absolutely loved the chocolate! The service was a definite highlight, as the staff were very friendly.

Amazing pastries, coffee, and breakfast!
My experience at this restaurant was amazing. They offer a huge choice of pastries and cakes, and their breakfast menu is great. The quality of the coffee is perfect.
I had breakfast here every day during a conference at Moscone and would go back again in a heartbeat.

Fresh Pastries & Top Coffee!
My experience at this restaurant was fantastic! The pastries were consistently fresh and delicious, and the coffee was top-notch. You can truly taste the quality and care that goes into everything they make.
While it can get crowded and there might be a bit of a wait, it's absolutely worth it for the exceptional quality of the food. It's a great place to start the day or for a quick pick-me-up. I highly recommend it!

Pistachio Croissant Perfection!
I am head over heels with the pistachio croissant; it was so good! It was also filled with chocolate. The service, atmosphere, and food all received a perfect score of 5.
