I had a very unpleasant experience here. The food lacked quality, and the prices were excessively high. Furthermore, the staff did not maintain proper hygiene, which was concerning.

As visitors from Canada, we had an absolutely fantastic experience here! We tried the vegetarian Crunchwrap and burrito, and they were hands down the best we've ever had. The workers were incredibly helpful and ensured that everything was perfect. The location is also great.

The customer service was poor, as the staff were not welcoming and did not communicate or greet customers. The restrooms were also out of service. It was packed, which may have contributed to the overall experience, but it was not ideal for us.

I was so excited to discover they now have slushies, which I believe they call freezes. My experience was a bit unusual when the employees seemed reluctant to swap the chips and cheese for cinnamon twists. This was particularly confusing as the app and online ordering clearly indicate this is an option. I had researched this beforehand, which is why I placed the order that way, and I want to assure them I wasn't trying to be shady.
