We went through the drive-thru and had a great experience. We ordered the buy 1 double cheeseburger get a second for $1. 00 and the buy 1 small fries get a second for $1. 00. We also got 2 ice waters. The order was perfect. Thank you McDonald's Staff!

My experience at this McDonald's was defined by an incredibly long wait in the drive-thru. I've visited multiple times, always hoping for a different outcome, but the wait is consistently lengthy. Even with only four cars ahead, I've spent enough time here to reflect on my life choices and write this review. The customer service seems to operate as if time has no meaning. If you're looking for an experience of eternity, this drive-thru is the place to be. I'd recommend bringing snacks from elsewhere, as you'll be here a while.

My experience at this restaurant was a mixed bag. The food was excellent, earning a high rating. However, the service was very slow, and it took forever to get our meals. The place itself is well-maintained and has a food seating area, but it was also very busy. The atmosphere was rated moderately well.

I usually only go to McDonald's for the breakfast, and I love it. This location on Ocean serves breakfast past 10 am on the weekends. The food is what it is; it's McDonald's. The service at the drive-thru is top-notch! They nailed my order perfectly the last 2 visits.

My experience at this restaurant was quite disappointing. Both the drive-thru and inside service were very slow. Today, the main issue was that they primarily had warm diet sodas. Additionally, the manager was not helpful when I raised my concerns.

I will NEVER EVER EVER COME HERE EVER AGAIN! 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 The restrooms are dirty with toilet seat covers all over the floor and sink like a nightmare Blech 🤮. The kiosk did not let me tap my card to make my payment, that I was FORCED to go to the counter and the senior woman manager with the dark blue shirt was not being cooperative with me! 😡 I’m so pissed and unsatisfied with this customer service and treatment of the restaurant. I WILL NEVER EVER EVER EVER EVER EAT HERE AGAIN JEZZZ! 😡 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

I understand that food preparation and service times can vary, but waiting over 20 minutes for just 20 chicken nuggets is unacceptable. Additionally, the presence of homeless individuals walking the line to observe customers created an unsettling atmosphere. My experience with the food was disappointing, as was the service and atmosphere, all receiving a low score of 1.

My experience at this McDonald's was average. The drive-through was long at night, and the inside felt very crowded and overstimulating. What really disappointed me were the portions; I ordered a large fry and it seemed smaller than what a medium used to be😫. I'll likely try a McDonald's further south next time to avoid the city crowd.

My experience at the restaurant was unfortunately quite negative due to the soda machine. It dispensed warm and flat soda. After drinking a little more than a sip, I became sick. I can only imagine how much worse it would have been if I had consumed the entire drink. I believe the machine should probably be shut down. TLDR: Food poisoning.

I visited the drive-thru at 9: 20 PM and ordered a cheeseburger and 4 chicken strips. I had to wait over 10 minutes because they stated the chicken strips were cooking. When I got home, which is nearby, the chicken was very cold. It was nasty to eat. This was a very bad experience, and I was very hungry. Seriously 😔. I will never go there again.
