Spotless Starbucks, New Hangout!
My experience at this Starbucks was exceptional. The cleanliness of the store was outstanding, and a staff member named Paul was particularly noted for keeping the place spotless and comfortable. This has made it my new favorite hangout place.

Fantastic Staff and Great Work Vibe
My experience at this restaurant was fantastic! The staff were absolutely amazing, super friendly and always happy to accommodate. The interior vibe was also really great for sitting down and doing some work.
I also appreciated the free refill on coffee. Excellent!

Sweetest Starbucks with Inspiring Vibes

My experience started positively with super great service and friendly employees, reminiscent of early Starbucks success. However, this perception shifted when I inquired about my drinks. The response I received was snarky, making me revise my initial impression.
While the food was good (rated 4/4) and the atmosphere pleasant (rated 4/4), the service interaction detracted from the overall experience. I would describe the service as only decent, not living up to the early Starbucks standard, especially on weekend days.

Consistently Perfect Starbucks Experience
As a regular at this Starbucks, I can attest to their consistent quality. They never cut corners on drinks, always preparing them to the perfect recipe. I've never had an issue with drinks being made incorrectly, such as too little shots or not being shaken.
The manager and shift managers are also commended for their adherence to policy, fair pricing, and exceptionally nice and receptive demeanor.

Disappointing Experience with Power Outlets and Restroom
My experience at this restaurant was quite disappointing. The restroom was closed for maintenance, which was inconvenient. Additionally, all the power outlets were covered, which felt pathetic.
On a positive note, the barista was nice and wore a smile, but I'm unsure about the management.

Incredible Service from Conrad!
I stopped by for a snack and must say that the employee Conrad gave incredible service. There was a long line, and he was patient with older customers, communicative, on top of things, and had a great attitude.

Busy cafe, cold coffee
My experience at this restaurant was frustrating due to their focus on mobile orders. I, along with others in line, experienced a significant wait just to place my order. Following that, there was another delay in preparing simple drinks like lattes.
While I waited by the pickup area, I observed numerous app orders being fulfilled. I eventually noticed two cups set aside and suspected they might be mine. After several more minutes, an employee finally called out my name.
My coffee had been sitting there, getting cold, while the staff engaged in conversation. I will likely choose Peet's down the block next time.
