Good Drinks, Inconvenient Experience
I visited and ordered two mocha cookie crumble frappuccinos made with oat milk. While the drinks themselves were good, they lacked a significant amount of cookie crumble. The service was a bit disorganized; they didn't ask for my name, leading to us waiting pointlessly while our drinks sat on the counter.
A major inconvenience was the inability to use my digital coupon because the internet was blocked due to the building, and they did not offer WiFi. The seating options consisted of uncomfortable chairs and bar stools. Despite these issues, the staff were friendly and patient. However, I would advise against trying to use your digital wallet here as it won't work.

Rude Manager, Late Latte, Incorrect Temperature
My experience at this restaurant was disappointing. I ordered my drink extra hot, but it was not hot at all. The manager was incredibly rude and annoying.
Furthermore, it took too long to make just one latte, which was a significant delay in service.

Excellent Service and Loyalty Rewarded
My experience at this restaurant was fantastic! As a full-time student, I truly appreciated how they valued my time and my birthday voucher. The service was the best I've had here, and I would definitely recommend coming here.
They even prepared my strawberry matcha latte with care. This was my third visit, and it's clear they value your loyalty points, which makes me feel appreciated.

Disappointing Starbucks Experience
My experience at this Starbucks was quite disappointing. The barista struggled to get my order right, repeatedly asking me to repeat it and then having trouble ringing it up. Even after I wrote my name down, they couldn't get it correct.
When I used my Mastercard, they initially claimed they didn't accept it, then stated there was a minimum gratuity for its use, which was surprising. I asked to speak with a manager or supervisor but was told there wasn't one available. While I usually love Starbucks and it's my go-to, this visit left a bad taste in my mouth.

Great Baristas, Consistent Drinks!
I love this location not only because it's close to home, but because there are like 4 baristas that make my drinks exactly the way I want them. The food is great, and the service is excellent, with a high atmosphere rating. While parking can be difficult, the overall experience is very positive.

Unacceptable Service at Starbucks
Today I experienced what can only be described as a complete breakdown in customer service at your Starbucks. With four employees visible in the front area – two baristas and two cashiers – I stood at the register for a full five minutes, completely ignored. It wasn't until I audibly asked if someone could take my order that I received any attention.
This level of blatant disregard for a customer is simply unacceptable. After reading other reviews, it's clear this isn't an isolated incident, and it points to a severe lack of training and accountability among your staff. To make matters worse, one of the baristas, noticing my obvious frustration, felt compelled to apologize for her coworkers' behavior.
While her empathy was appreciated, it is not her responsibility to manage or excuse the substandard conduct of her colleagues. This indicates a deeper systemic issue within your team. I see that the owner frequently responds to reviews, and I sincerely hope you dedicate equal time and effort to correcting your employees' disappointing and substandard service.
My visit today was a truly unpleasant and frustrating experience that falls far short of what one expects from Starbucks.
