My experience at this restaurant was a mixed bag. While the coffee was great, as always, for a quick grab-and-go, the food was a significant letdown. The atmosphere was okay, but the overall experience was hampered by the poor food quality.

I placed an order in person today around 3: 15 PM. Unfortunately, the staff completely forgot to fill it while they were standing around laughing, telling jokes, and sipping drinks, with no other customers in line. The clerk I paid and tipped even ignored me when I caught his eye and waved. Another worker eventually filled my order more than ten minutes after I ordered, and only after I got his attention. It was ridiculous. There were four people behind the counter: one at the register and three standing around cracking jokes and ignoring customers. This is not acceptable, making customers wait. If I hadn't intervened on my own behalf, my order never would have been fulfilled. When the clerk did fill it, he found the order slip sitting in the usual spot, in plain sight of everyone behind the counter, right by the oven. It was simply ignored. As much as I dislike corporate Starbucks, they are a block away and have never forgotten an order, ignored a customer, or acted like it's 'teenager schools out, let's party. ' Starbucks will get my business from now on.

My experience at this restaurant was disappointing. While the space itself is nice, it was dirty as hell. The floors were always filthy, and the front and back doors were consistently covered in greasy fingerprints. Furthermore, the staff acted totally indifferent to customer presence and often looked like they had just rolled out of bed. It's concerning that there's a lack of attention to showering or grooming, especially in the food service industry. This place has the potential to be great, but instead, it's really mediocre. Even the coffee was really weak, which is a shame because it used to be much better. It seems like people used to care more in the past.

My experience at the restaurant involved waiting for a large order of 8 items. During my wait, I observed a woman at the counter who was very rude to the staff while ordering and picking up her order. This was due to a misunderstanding of the menu and substitutions, which I found sad to witness. However, the staff themselves were efficient, kind, and knowledgeable.

Despite this, I recognize the difficult situation they might be in. It was only a mildly frustrating experience due to this rudeness.

Peet's is the CLOSEST cafe to HOW IT USED TO BE before the covd circus🤣. It's great that they let you choose how much oat milk or regular fat milk you want in your coffee. And what more could I ask for, they actually still have HONEY! And just an added plus, their coffee is NOT THE NEW SOUR LIGHT ROASTS that they are trying to convince us are actually drinkable! Espresso coffee beans need to be roasted pretty much like what they do in Italy. If you roast them too light then they will remain sour. Yuk! So Pete's will always be my go-to Cafe. Just like 20 years ago 💪.

My experience was quite disappointing. I ordered a medium drink but received a small one. When I questioned it, the staff member confirmed it was small and, instead of remaking it, added more steamed milk. I then asked for an extra shot and vanilla, which they said would incur an extra charge. This was frustrating because it was their mistake, and I felt they should have corrected it without question. The drink itself tasted awful, making it a complete waste of money.

My experience at this restaurant was disappointing due to the rude staff. The group seemed very young and unprofessional, and they appeared to not want to be there. This is likely why Starbucks is packed and this Peet's has only two people inside. The Peet's at West Portal is much better than this location.

My experience was great for early mornings, whether I opted for pickup or a walk-in. They offer both inside and outside seating, and you can enter from either the parking lot or street. It does get busy around 9 am/10 am, so expect a wait if you're a walk-in. Don't forget to use the Peet's app for rewards.

My experience at this Peet's coffee shop was excellent. It's definitely a better coffee shop than others in the area. The restroom was clean, and the staff were friendly and worked pretty fast to make my coffee.
