My experience at this Starbucks, particularly under the management of Keith, has been one of the best I've ever had. Keith makes a point to ensure both his team and customers are happy, no matter which store he manages. It's hard not to frequent cafes that have the 'Keith effect. ' This effect means your name is learned by the second visit, and your usual order is already being prepared the moment you step in. You even find yourself becoming friends with other regular customers because Keith initiates conversations. Keith truly builds a community, and Starbucks is lucky to have him as a leader.

My experience at the Noe Valley Starbucks has been consistently positive, largely due to the exceptional service provided by Salvador. He is, without a doubt, one of the best baristas I've encountered. Salvador is warm, genuine, and always performs exceptionally, whether it's a quiet afternoon or the busy morning rush. It's clear he genuinely cares about the customers, not just the drinks he makes. He is the primary reason I continue to return. He once recommended the Iced Shaken Espresso with oat milk and one pump of brown sugar syrup, and it has become my go-to order – it's perfectly smooth, not too sweet, and always hits the spot. If you visit this Starbucks, I hope Salvador is working. He has a way of making both your drink and your day better. Starbucks Noe Valley is fortunate to have him.

My experience at the restaurant was excellent, largely due to the outstanding service provided by Ayva. She was super sweet and acted as a fantastic brand ambassador. Ayva truly went above and beyond to ensure a great experience.

I’ve visited this café several times since last year, and unfortunately, I’ve consistently noticed a difference in the way I’m treated compared to other customers. The service I receive always feels noticeably colder and more distant, almost like they want to avoid interaction altogether. They never ask for my name when taking my order, and I’m rarely given the chance to specify the size or type of milk before they immediately move on to charge me. Meanwhile, I see other customers being greeted warmly and treated with much more care and friendliness. It’s very uncomfortable to experience this every time I go. I really don’t want to assume it’s racially motivated, but at this point, I honestly don’t know what else could explain the consistent difference in treatment.

My experience at this store has been marred by significant issues. There is ongoing crime both inside and outside, with incidents like kids stealing laptops from customers. The management team appears weak, as unruly guests who are disrespectful to others continue to prevail. I've also observed women baristas being harassed by customers in front of their supervisors. Furthermore, the bathroom is often filthy after guests use it. Something somewhere needs to improve the experience here.

My experience at this Starbucks was overwhelmingly positive. The store has undergone a beautiful renovation, creating a wonderful atmosphere. The staff is amazing and truly makes a difference. I am so happy with my experiences here. Thank you Starbucks Noe Valley!

My experience at the restaurant was extremely negative. I ordered a Lt coffee which was nasty. The milk also appeared to be expired, as I experienced diarrhea shortly after drinking it, and my friend did too. This was a very unpleasant experience.

My experience at this Starbucks was marked by detached employees who did not listen and got my order wrong. When I attempted to address the mistake, I was met with rudeness and indifference. Unlike most Starbucks locations, where a mistake would be rectified with a complimentary item, I was forced to pay the difference. The staff displayed cold, dead eyes and complete contempt, resulting in extremely bad customer service.

My experience at the restaurant was mixed. While the food was excellent, scoring a 5 out of 5, the service had several issues. My name was spelled incorrectly, my drink was served cold when I requested it hot, and I received the wrong drink altogether. Despite these service problems, the quality of the food was a definite highlight.
