Comfort Food Perfection at Win Garden
My experience at Win Garden was truly exceptional, defining comfort food done right. From the very first bite, it was clear that this is a place that pours care into every dish. The flavors were bold yet balanced, the portions were generous, and the menu offered all the classic dishes I crave.
I particularly enjoyed the fresh, perfectly crisp vegetables in the stir-fries, the tender BBQ pork, and their consistently delicious fried rice. The dumplings were another standout – light, savory, and bursting with flavor. Everything consistently arrived hot, well-seasoned, and satisfying.
The service was a highlight: friendly, fast, and reliable whether dining in or ordering takeout. The staff made me feel welcome and remembered regulars, adding to the neighborhood charm. The prices were very fair for the quality and portions, making it easy to order a family-style spread without overspending.
Win Garden isn't just a spot for a quick meal; it's the kind of place I'll keep in my rotation because it always hits the spot. It's tasty, consistent, and comforting.

Decent Food, Poor Service
My experience at this restaurant was a mixed bag. The food was good, though not exceptional. I was disappointed by the limited noodle options available.
Additionally, the price felt a bit high considering the quality of the food. The most significant letdown was the table server, who was not friendly at all.

Authentic Chinese Gem in SF!
This place is a gem! It's hard to find an authentic Chinese restaurant with such consistency in San Francisco. They offer a classic comfort Chinese menu with an excellent variety from appetizers to entrees, all with quality and cleanliness.
It's a great place for dining out and pickup. A favorite!

Expensive, Bland Food, Upset Stomachs
My experience with this restaurant was disappointing. I ordered food for takeout, and it was too expensive for Chinese food. The food itself was bland, and unfortunately, after eating, we all had upset stomachs.
The only positive was that the steamed rice was cooked perfectly. Additionally, I didn't receive any fortune cookies.

Hair in my shrimp fried rice
My experience at the restaurant was marred by a significant issue with the food. There were 3 long hairs found in my shrimp fried rice. As good as the food might be, pulling hairs from your mouth is a gross experience.

Disappointing Chinese Lunch Experience
We wanted to try Chinese cuisine in San Francisco and ordered two lunch specials, Sesame Balls for an appetizer, and two cans of soda. Unfortunately, the appetizer arrived long after we had finished our main course. To add to the disappointment, the total cost exceeded $50, and my receipt wasn't itemized, which made me wonder why.
The overall experience was not what we expected.

Our Go-To Chinese Restaurant!
Our order is always the same: chow mein, sesame chicken, white rice, dry braised pork, and potstickers. This is hands down the best Chinese restaurant of all time.

Excellent Chinese Food, Great Value
My experience at this Chinese restaurant was outstanding. It's one of the best I've visited, and I was pleasantly surprised by how reasonably priced it is. The wonton soup and roast duck were particularly delicious.
The food was excellent, and the atmosphere was also top-notch, both receiving a perfect score. I highly recommend this place for its quality and value.

Win Garden: Consistently Delicious!
I have been going to Win Garden for years! It never fails to hit the spot 😋. The food is consistently excellent, and the service and atmosphere are top-notch, both receiving a perfect 5/5 rating.
I highly recommend their Mongolian Beef. For vegetarians, they offer a dedicated menu or section and are highly recommended. The price per person is reasonable, ranging from $10–$20, and they offer paid street parking.
