The establishment boasts an impressive wine list, and their craft cocktails are delicious and fun. While I haven't personally ordered food, the charcuterie boards appear to be a popular choice. They offer happy hour daily until 7 pm. Wednesdays and Thursdays feature live jazz with great local groups, and there's no entertainment cover charge. The clientele is diverse, including singles, couples, and small groups. Other evenings offer different entertainment like DJs, drag shows, and trivia nights. Paris75 is a great choice for taking a friend, entertaining out-of-town guests, or celebrating a birthday.

The bar staff is super friendly and welcoming, providing excellent cocktail recommendations. Every drink we tried was creative, well-balanced, and absolutely delicious. We had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Liam, who was incredibly kind and easy to talk to, making us feel right at home. His energy truly enhances the charm of the place. We even discovered they host arcade nights on Tuesdays, adding a fun vibe. For football fans, they play PSG matches live, perfect for connecting with other French patrons or just enjoying the game. Paris 75 has become my new go-to spot for a unique, welcoming cocktail bar with real soul.

I recently celebrated my 30th birthday party at Paris 75, and the entire experience, from start to finish, was absolutely PERFECT. Liam made reserving the bar for the evening seamless and easy. He went above and beyond by setting up a DJ and assisting with my elaborate photobooth request, ensuring we had the necessary space and requirements to get it operational. My friends had the absolute best time, and despite the bar being completely full, there were zero complaints from anyone. The service and bartenders were phenomenal, and the music was 10/10, with requests being accepted – a rarity with DJs! We also captured tons of great photos from the night. Everyone at the end of the evening was asking how I found this place and sharing how much of a great time they had – all thanks to Liam and the team ❤️.
