Disappointing Order Error and Poor Service
I was really looking forward to enjoying my meal from this place, but unfortunately, my experience was marred by an error with my order. I specifically asked a worker with a red hat for 4 beef dumplings and 2 pork dumplings, but when I received my order, it had 4 shrimp and 2 pork dumplings instead. I was surprised and disappointed, especially since I had emphasized my order clearly.
When I brought this to the worker's attention, she insisted that I had ordered the shrimp, which wasn't the case. Despite my calm and patient demeanor, she was unwilling to offer a solution or apology, stating that there were no exchanges or returns. I ended up leaving the food behind and won't be returning to this establishment.
It's a shame, as I've enjoyed eating here before, but the poor service from this particular staff member has deterred me. Perhaps additional training on customer service and order accuracy could help improve the experience for future customers.

Amazing Dim Sum, Wish Parking Was Easier
My experience at this restaurant was largely positive, especially regarding the food. The dim sum was amazing, and the porridge was genuine, lacking the taste of excessive salt and MSG. If only parking was easier, I would definitely come more often.
Keep up the good work!

Reliable Neighborhood Gem
What makes a great city like San Francisco work? It's the thousands of ordinary folks working diligently to make a living and provide food and services. These are found in the neighborhoods, the small pockets of business zones among residential homes.
This small hole-in-the-wall joint, Sweet Delight, is a testament to the organic nature of small businesses that makes a great city. It's a consistent food place that serves up hot meals, from pre-made Chinese food, dim sums, and pastries, day in and day out with much reliability and sincerity. The staff is cordial enough and does their best to be hospitable.
The prices are reasonable, offering good value for money, and the food turnover is frequent enough to ensure it's consistently fresh. Support your neighborhood places to keep the community healthy and vibrant.

Delicious Food, Worth a Return Visit
My experience at the restaurant was very positive. The well-cooked tofu vegetables and pork tasted good. I noticed that many people were packing food to go while dining in, which suggests popularity.
I am also planning to visit again next time.

Delicious Dim Sum, Small Space
My experience at this restaurant was a mixed bag. The variety of dim sum was great, and the food was delicious. I also found the prices to be reasonable.
However, the restaurant is small, which means there's very little room to eat. Additionally, the service can be slow, leading to lines packed out the door.

Bargain Dim Sum with Fresh Ingredients
My experience at this Chinese restaurant, which specializes in Dim Sum, was quite positive, especially considering the price. They offer food by weight or combination meals. I opted for a combination meal and enjoyed the Chow Mein, Fried Rice, Bitter Melon with Meat, and Chicken with Oyster Sauce, along with Egg Flower Soup.
For the entire meal, I paid $10. 95, which is definitely a bargain if you're on a tight budget. The food is prepared in batches using the freshest ingredients on hand.

Missing Items and Poor Communication
My experience ordering through DoorDash was disappointing. We were missing a total of four items: two shrimp rice rolls and two beef rice rolls. The restaurant decided it was acceptable to not notify us of the missing items.
Instead, they added a few extra pieces of other dim sum dishes we ordered, which did not compensate for the missing items. When I called to inquire, the staff member stated, "I wrote on paper (DD receipt) the replacements. " This response was unhelpful.
Ideally, they should have called to inform us and allow us to choose substitutes, with the option to pay any price difference.

Friendly Chinese with Comfort Food
My experience at this friendly Chinese restaurant was great! They serve delicious comfort food, and the food is fresh, with steam buns made every day. I highly recommend the Salt and pepper fried pork chops and Fried To Fu – they were soooo good!
Mooncake is available for pre-order only.
