We have been ordering daily delivery from Maple SF for years. My parents enjoy the food and rely on their prompt service. The staff is super nice and very accommodating.

My experience at this restaurant was fantastic! I've never encountered a restaurant where the entire staff was so polite and friendly. I'm so glad they're conveniently located in the neighborhood. I was definitely pleased with the entrees served. Anytime I'm in the mood for Chinese cuisine, this is my go-to spot.

My experience ordering via UberEats was disappointing, and I won't be ordering again. The beef stew with rice had tough meat and the packaging was leaky. The crab meat & fish maw soup was very watered down with little meat. It was a BOGO offer, and now I understand why.

My experience at this restaurant was extremely disappointing. I felt like I was being ripped off. The waitress was unable to provide me with a bag for my leftovers. To make matters worse, they included the tip in the receipt and then asked for another tip on top of that. This is a rip off, as a guest should have the freedom to decide the tip based on the service received. The bill was excessively expensive, and many items I consumed were not even listed on the receipt, which felt like a scam.

My experience ordering through Door Dash was excellent. The restaurant prepared the food quickly and it was out for delivery promptly. I ordered the chicken mein, black cod in black bean sauce with fried rice, and pork/oyster/mushroom with tofu. All the dishes were very good, hot and fresh.

My experience at the restaurant was excellent. The food is very good, and it's cooked to order. The service is fast. If you like a private and calm atmosphere, this is an excellent option.

We were so excited to try everything we ordered, spending $50, but it turned out to be $50 of disappointment. Everything was plain and had no or barely any flavor. This was the first time Chinese food from a restaurant has ever disappointed me.

I recently received a Doordash order and was not pleased with the food. The crab ragoons didn't taste like crab rangoon and seemed stale. The orange chicken was also disappointing; it felt like pieces of chicken were simply coated in orange sauce. The walnut prawns were particularly gross, and I've had much better. The only redeeming items were the beef broccoli and the egg soup, which were half decent. I will not be ordering from here again.

This Chinese restaurant is our go-to choice for both takeout and dine-in. They offer generous portions, and their pricing has remained relatively affordable compared to other Chinese restaurants our family frequents, especially considering the great quality and authentic SF-Chinese-American style. I highly recommend the Tomato Beef Chow Mein, which is my benchmark for judging Chinese restaurants in SF, as it's a historical specialty. You can also request it with thin, crispy pan-fried noodles, which is my personal favorite variation. We also thoroughly enjoyed the orange chicken; it was very tasty. We only dined in once during our first visit, and the waiter was a polite young man.
