My experience at this restaurant was a mixed bag. The food was good, but unfortunately, it wasn't enough to make up for the rude employees and the dirty store. While I enjoyed the taste of the food, the overall experience was significantly marred by the poor service and the unhygienic environment.

If I could give this place a negative 5 stars, I would. My family came here to pick up some roast pork. An Asian male said it was very good and pointed to the pork hanging with the crispy skin. When we said we wanted to purchase 1 lb, the lady butcher took meat from the leftovers in front of her, which was 95% bone with no meat, and cut it. There was literally no meat on it, and they charged us for 1 lb. We complained, and they finally gave us another piece. These guys are crooks. I asked who the owner is, and he was there directing the whole bait and switch. These guys give Chinese stores a bad reputation. Very dishonest. The meat we received was also dried and old. Just terrible business practice and a greedy owner. This place is super unethical, charging for only bone. I will not be returning and suggest you don't even try it.

My experience at this restaurant was fantastic! The duck was amazingly delicious, and I was pleasantly surprised when they even gave us some extras for free. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and we enjoyed a pleasant conversation while waiting for our order. It was a great experience all in all.

After seeing some old reviews, I was a bit reluctant to try this place, especially since I already had my 'goto' Roast Duck spot. However, for a roast duck tasting party, we needed more ducks. After viewing some great-looking ducks in the window, I took one home. I found it to be the tastiest ducks of the four we got.

My experience at the restaurant was very disappointing. All the meat, including the 燒肉 (barbecue meat) and duck, was frozen. You could clearly see the meat showing a pink color, which felt like cheating. It was a selling shop experience, and I left feeling very disappointed.

My experience at this restaurant was centered around their lamb and duck dishes. The lamb meat is consistently amazing. They also sell raw lamb, which is versatile for various cooking methods like stews or red braise. Their cooked lamb is, in my opinion, the best in town, with a perfect texture – not too firm, not too soft – and incredible flavor. Regarding the duck, it's Cantonese style BBQ duck, not Peking duck. While it's pretty good with an authentic taste and good texture, I found it a bit too fatty for my liking. The reviewer notes that the duck experience can be inconsistent; if you buy a whole duck, you're more likely to get good parts. Those who receive good parts might not leave a review, while those who get less desirable parts might leave negative ones, which the reviewer feels is unfair. They recommend getting the whole duck for a better experience.

I ordered a whole duck to-go, but it was not the case. They cut the duck and boxed it with bad pieces from different ducks, and took away the legs and breast piece. I only found this out when eating at home. Why cheat customers like that? It's unbelievable and damaging the credibility of Chinatown. Shame on you!

When I ordered half a duck for $15 at Duk Hing on February 7, 2023, I was told to watch closely as they prepared my order. They pulled out a box from behind the counter, and upon opening it, I discovered it was filled with scrap meat. There was no breast meat, no wing section, only boney pieces and two butts. I was very disappointed with the food quality received for the price.

My experience at this restaurant was terrible. The store cheats customers and forcibly recommends stale things. This resulted in me suffering from gastroenteritis and pain for a few days.

My experience at this restaurant was marked by very bad service. The staff was unhelpful and dismissive. When I asked for another sauce, I was told I had to pay for it, and when I expressed dissatisfaction, I was told, "if you don’t like you can go, don’t buy! " Furthermore, the food quality in the to-go box was poor, with items seemingly changed from what was originally selected. I do not recommend this restaurant.
