My experience at this restaurant was fantastic, especially with their perfectly cooked dumplings that are made fresh to order 😋. I also enjoyed their wood ear salad, spicy beef tendon, cucumber salad, and the beef noodle soup with pickled veg, all of which were solid choices. The food quality was exceptional, and the overall dining experience was very positive.

My experience at this dumpling place on Irving St was wonderful. The prices are incredibly affordable for the quality and quantity of food offered. I ordered the beef noodle soup (non-spicy), and it was a truly soul-soothing and delicious dish with a dark, tender broth. I also tried the Pork and Napa Cabbage dumpling soup, which was both light and filling, containing 12 dumplings. This spot is excellent for solo-dining, and the service was attentive and friendly. A heads-up for visitors: parking in the area can be quite difficult, so plan accordingly.

My experience at this restaurant was marked by super quick service. The food was decent, though I'm quite picky about Chinese cuisine. I tried the marinated beef, which had a great sauce, but I wasn't thrilled with the meat itself; it didn't appear fresh and was tougher than I prefer for that dish. The dumplings (shrimp, chives, egg) could have been more flavorful, but dipping them in chili oil helped. The beef noodles were solid. Overall, a satisfactory meal with excellent service.

There are a lot of options for dumplings nowadays. I just don’t think the food here merits the long wait. When waiting, you have to wait out on the sidewalk and be present when your name is called. Waiting out in the cold with young kids is probably not the best idea. We tried dumplings and noodles. The dough is freshly made and has nice texture. For dumplings, I would strongly suggest ordering them plain, without the soup.
