I've been to this restaurant many times, and what I consistently appreciate is the food quality. It never fails to impress me.

We arrived as a couple in the early evening, and the place was quite full compared to others on the street. The service was excellent and pleasant, and the food was of a high standard. The plantains were absolutely dreamy!

My experience at this restaurant was fantastic! I hands down recommend their Sangria, and suggest getting it by the pitcher. The atmosphere was cool and relaxed, complemented by great bartenders. The overall experience, including food, service, and atmosphere, was rated a perfect 5 out of 5.

Every time we are in SF, we visit Cha Cha Cha! 🤩 We had great tapas with delicious sangrias.

My experience at this restaurant was absolutely amazing! I had the Ropa Vieja and Cajun Shrimp, and they were incredible. The Sangria was also a perfect complement. I felt like I was in Heaven! It was absolutely the best experience! Wow, I want to thank you so much for an amazing experience!

My experience at this restaurant was mixed. The food was good, receiving a 4 out of 5. However, the service was disappointing. I inquired about nachos, having seen them on the happy hour menu. The server's response, stating they don't serve nachos, burritos, or tacos because it's a Cuban restaurant, felt rude and stereotypical, especially after I clarified I only asked about nachos.

My experience at this restaurant was largely positive, especially concerning the food and the outdoor seating. The food was absolutely delicious with great flavors. The outdoor area is a perfect spot to enjoy a michelada. The atmosphere is really nice, though the service could improve a bit.

I went with my husband and my 14-month-old baby. The food was just okay; we had ceviche which lacked salt, and pork with yucca that was very greasy. We also had rice with beans and sautéed vegetables. Honestly, considering the rating, I expected something tastier. The staff seemed very grumpy, offering very short and monosyllabic explanations when asked about the dishes, which was terrible customer service. The staff also didn't seem pleased to see my baby moving around the table and the bar.

My experience at the restaurant was greatly enhanced by the bartender Alex. Alex was very knowledgeable and skilled at selling food and drinks. I will definitely come back because of the excellent service provided by Alex.

My experience at this restaurant was underwhelming. The food was just okay, but the cocktails were subpar. I ordered a martini and was disappointed with what I received – barely half a glass for $13. While cocktails on the menu might be better, I do not recommend ordering anything off-menu. The service received a low rating of 2, and the atmosphere was rated 3.
