Scammed by Double Meat Burrito
My experience was that I got scammed. I paid $20 for a double meat breakfast burrito, and what I received was basically a vegetarian, room temperature burrito. The food was not as advertised, and the price felt unjustified for what I received.

Healthy Start Wrap & Hot Link Delight
My experience at the restaurant was a delightful one, especially with their Healthy Start Wrap. It's always been my go-to. Today, I tried it without the potatoes and added a hot link 🔥. I highly recommend trying this combination, and make sure to get some hot sauce and ketchup. The coffee was also a hit. Overall, a great meal with excellent food.

Delicious Custom Breakfast Bagels!
My experience at this restaurant was fantastic, especially for breakfast. I had an excellent breakfast bagel sandwich, made exactly to my desire. I chose an everything bagel with fried eggs, my choice of cured pork, avocado, and grilled onions, which was absolute yum!

Great Hearty Food and Kind Staff
My experience at this restaurant was wonderful! I enjoyed the good hearty food and the kind, helpful staff. It's a popular spot with lots of locals, making it a great place to sit and have your lunch and even read the newspaper.

Terrible Biscuits and Gravy
My experience at this restaurant was quite disappointing. It took 25 minutes to receive my order. The biscuits and gravy were, by far, the worst I have ever had in my life. The gravy was flavorless, and the biscuits were dry. I can confidently say I will never go there again.

My experience at the restaurant was fantastic! I got the burger and fries, and they tasted like they were made on a real grill. The fries were also great.

Good food, unprofessional service
My experience at this restaurant was frustrating due to the inconsistent and unprofessional service regarding their closing hours. Although the hours state they close at 2: 00 PM, I have been turned away twice at 12: 00 PM by the chef blocking the door and stating they were closed. Today, at 12: 30 PM, the chef again claimed they were closing at 1: 00 PM and, when I pointed out the time, simply shrugged and said they were closed. While the food is good, the service is very unprofessional.

Confusing and dishonest pricing
My experience at this restaurant was marked by significant confusion and what felt like dishonest pricing. Contrary to what the owner stated, I explicitly said 'no bag' to avoid the 25-cent charge. However, the man at the counter initially stated there was no tax on EBT, but then proceeded to charge me four different prices for the same order. The price on EBT was first $14. 98, then $10. 75. When the EBT machine didn't work, and I opted to pay cash, the price became $11. 75. Finally, using a credit card, the charge was $12. 75. This is not an honest transaction. I had read reviews about their charging practices, but I decided to go with an open mind. I ordered Teriyaki Beef and asked for no bag. They were out of fresh vegetables, so I accepted salad. The online menu showed two different prices: $8. 75 on one menu and $11. 75 on delivery apps. I was charged $14. 98, which didn't align with San Francisco's 8. 63% tax rate for either price point. When I asked about the price, the staff member told me to scan the code, and there were no menus or prices displayed on the wall. After leaving and returning, I inquired again about the price, asking if it was $8. 75 or $11. 75. Suddenly, the price changed to $10. 75 with no tax and no bag using my EBT card. The EBT card didn't work after several attempts. When I decided to pay cash, the price inexplicably jumped to $11. 75, with the explanation that it included tax, which was still incorrect. Then, a credit card transaction resulted in a $12. 75 charge. The prices seemed to be made up on the spot, fluctuating between the card scanner and the cash register. I strongly advise others to ask for a receipt and meticulously check for bag fees, credit card fees, cash fees, and any other made-up or imaginary charges. I cannot comment on the food quality because the staff's dishonest practices overshadowed the entire experience.
