Disappointing Matcha Experience
My experience at the restaurant was disappointing, particularly with their matcha. They charged $6 for a matcha that was mixed with sugar. I cannot have any added sugar and was not made aware of this before trying it.

Neighborhood Staple with Seating Issues
This place is a neighborhood staple for me. The food is great and the coffee is solid, and I have a high bar for both. The only issue is it can be hard to find seating during peak hours, as there are lots of people on laptops with long-finished beverages.
I end up having to do takeout about half the time. I think it would be nice if they limited laptop usage, especially on the weekends.

Barista Training Needed
My experience was centered around a specific coffee request: a ristretto. I know from barista knowledge that a ristretto is an espresso stopped early to avoid bitterness. Unfortunately, all three employees I interacted with had never heard of it and didn't know how to make one.
When I explained they just needed to pull the cup away earlier, they stated they weren't trained for it. Even after I offered to train them myself, they reiterated that they weren't allowed and not trained. I suggest hiring a proper barista.

Good for Work, No Weekend Wifi
My experience at this restaurant was mixed. While the hibiscus herbal tea was alright and the service was friendly, the main drawback was the lack of WiFi on weekends. It's a good place to work or study, with ample tables inside and out, but the absence of WiFi on weekends is a significant issue.
There are some good food options available, and a bathroom is accessible.

Good coffee and pastries, but no chargers
My experience at this restaurant was positive regarding the food. I enjoyed the good coffee and pastries. However, the main downside was the lack of chargers, which is a significant issue if you plan to work there.

Consistently Great Cafe Réveille Experience
This Cafe Réveille location is one of the many great outposts in San Francisco. Like all the city's Cafe Réveilles, it consistently impresses me with its great coffee, tasty food (including lots of vegetarian and gluten-free options), and top-tier vibes. It's a go-to spot for my gluten-free friend and me for weekend coffee, and it's also a great place for a casual lunch or mid-workday remote work.
The coffee is excellent – flavorful and rich, not overly acidic or nutty, and they have some fantastic latte art. The staff is super friendly, and the space is lovely. It can get quite crowded, making it hard to find an indoor seat, but there's a pretty large outdoor section.
The wifi doesn't quite reach the edges of the outdoor area, but tables closer to the cafe should be fine.

Delicious Breakfast and Coffee!
My experience at the restaurant was fantastic! I absolutely loved the pistachio raspberry croissant, which truly stole the show. The breakfast sandwich with the works was also a highlight, and I thoroughly enjoyed my latte.
The service was excellent, and the atmosphere was great, contributing to a wonderful dining experience.

Favorite Working Cafe with Great Food
This is my favorite working café. It has a great atmosphere with good music and is frequented by many people working on their laptops. The service was friendly, though not overly warm.
I highly recommend it, especially for vegetarians, as they have a large vegetarian selection.

Exceptional Coffee, Food, and Community Vibe
My experience at this restaurant was absolutely amazing! The food and the vibes were impeccable. The people who work here are so kind.
If you are a true coffee connoisseur, this is the spot! They rotate their coffees and are always bringing something fresh to the table, focusing on good fresh beans with incredible flavor. The acai bowls are the best in the city.
They have lamb sausage that goes perfectly with your breakfast. There's always a beautiful spread of local pastries. The local community that comes here are salt of the earth, and people who come here regularly become friends.
This place is unlike any other; the culture, the community, and the food are something to experience.
